The next drink was a Tokujiro for Joyo's distributor? Tokujiro
I drank Joyo several times, but this was my first time to drink Tokujiro.
I happened to see on a restaurant instagram I follow that Tokujiro was originally a joint product between a Hirakata liquor store and the Joyo Brewery.
It's unfiltered, once-bottled, and heated.
It's fire-brewed, but it's still slightly effervescent and has a fresh, mellow rice flavor that's really tasty 😋.
I'll buy Tokujiro next time I see it.
