Ayahana 29BY🍶.
The youngest of the old sake we drank this time.
First, I drank it cold.
The first aroma is slightly sweet.
When you drink it in the mouth, it has a gentle sweetness and umami that is typical of Ayahana.
The flavor is delicious.
When heated up, the sweetness expands even more and it is delicious 🍶.
As expected of Ayahana 😊.
The brewer himself says, "We have to let it sit for a couple of years to get the full flavor 😌," so maybe it was just about time to drink it.
It was delicious 🍶✨️
The young, brisk young man explains to us about heated sake. He seems to be very particular about changing the temperature. When my friend asked for hot sake, this sake was recommended. Heated sake is good sometimes.
For my second cup, I got ayahana 😁.
It is hiya oroshi ✨
The aroma is mild and the flavor of the rice is very strong ✨.
It is a delicious sake that I want to drink slowly 😁.
The aroma seemed weak, but the flavor on the palate and through the nose is pleasant. It is a dry sake that would go well with sashimi.

I think this might be the first time I've had a sake that changed so much. I'm so excited 💕
