🍶🍶🍶🍶 Raw material rice: Tamaei produced in Tottori Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 58 Yeast used: 901 yeast Japanese Sake Degree: -3.0 Acidity Alcohol content: 14  I bought this bottle on a recent trip to Tottori Prefecture 🍶 I tasted it at the brewery and chose this one. When I tasted it, it was at room temperature, but it was so hot that I moved it to the refrigerator the other day😅 I had it cold.  The aroma when the bottle was opened was mildly sweet. The aroma when the bottle is opened is mildly sweet, which stimulates the desire to drink. The mild acidity spreads in the mouth, and it finishes with a touch of umami. Easy to drink 🍶.  When paired with steamed clams, the flavor becomes stronger and sweeter 😋 Shishamo fish makes it sweeter 🤭 Interesting 🍶.  I thought this sake was not available outside of the prefecture, but they are offering it to people in Kansai. They also recommended online👍
