The aroma is fresh and fruity by nature, with a slight hint of hineyness, perhaps because the bottle was opened 3 months later.
Well-balanced fruity. Almost no acidity. A full-bodied flavor softly appears at the end of the bottle.
Although it is a draft sake, it is quite soft and mild. Maybe soft water? ๐ค
