Challenge sake by Chiyonomikari x imadeya 🍶(*^^*) Since it is a sweet sake, I thought it would not go well with the sashimi we usually eat, so I prepared some fruit (peaches) and cheese! The best sake I've ever had! I wish they would sell it in convenience stores as a gateway to Japanese sake.
35% polished rice, using Koshi-tanrei
Sake rice characterized by its light and full flavor.
While it has a Daiginjo-style fruity flavor, the sweetness and acidity are moderate. The aftertaste is sharp. Sake that does not interfere with meals. Good
At my usual restaurant.
The menu says "sweet and tasty, low alcohol, and easy to drink", so I ordered it. ❤️
First, a sip.
There is not much aroma, but it is definitely sweet in the mouth!
I've never had much of it before, but if I had to guess, I'd say it's amazake without the nigori feeling.
More like sugar water😅?
The waitress poured it for me 💦.
It was not only swishy, but also sipping.
It has an alcohol content of 8% and a Sake -70, but the acidity is not high at all at 1.7.
When I drink it, I don't find it as sweet as the numbers, but the alcohol content makes it seem a bit thin, which is disappointing.
It's a liquor store's hanpukai 🍶.
This is the first time I've had Chiyomitsu!
It was sweet 🍶, like honey 🍯, like sugar water 🤕.
Personally, I think it would be better if it had a sour taste 🤔.
I think it would be good to mix it with carbonated water, but I can't figure out the ratio 😰.
Just my personal opinion.
Alcohol content: 8 degrees
Sake degree: -70
Acidity: 1.7
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Is this the first sake made from glutinous rice? But it can be drunk as sake. I mean, hmmm, this is glutinous rice, right? I don't know. I wonder if people who know what they are talking about can understand it.
Imanaya GUITO! vol. 5 May Sake. Very sweet. The alcohol content was kept as low as possible to give it a gentle sweetness that will make you reach for it when you want to relieve stress or fatigue. It is indeed a good choice for a late night drink while watching a movie. But what to do with the sashimi afterwards?
