Low al 8%, Sake level minus 70‼️ is amazing😍no longer a drink outside the concept of sake✨.
Chilled well, it's kind of gobbleable 💖This is so delicious ‼️I should have thought of more pairings 😫I opened the bottle to drink it, but I'm sure it would be very good with a Western aperitif, a gorgeous hors d'oeuvre with acidity 😍.

This is my first sake!

From the aroma, it has a minty aroma. And it has a dry sharpness to match. It's a refreshing feeling just like biting into a mint 🤩 This is rare, a Mojito sake version? It is neither classic nor modern. I'll buy it again when I see it again!

This one is quite sweet, mellow, and just a little tangy. Gorgeous.
The sake is the star of the show, and you can think of dishes and snacks to go with it. It is the type of sake that can play the leading role. It is delicious.

After the Bishu Competition (1)
We went to Yamaya next to the Bishu Competition venue, then to the Aomori Iwate Antenna Shop, and finally to KITTE, which is very close to the competition venue, as Umaisan had never been there before!
As we were wandering around the KITTE area, Umaisan called out to us, and we went to the Niigata antenna store to try a tasting.
I drank it without looking at the brand name and later realized it was Chiyonomitsu😅.
It's fresh like a fresh sake and quite sweet!
I guess it's a hiyaoroshi-style sake from the color of the label? It didn't taste like hiyaoroshi, though.
Personally, I like it.
Well, I had a really good Chiyonomikari before, which was also a raw Omachi 🤔.

Imanaya's hanpukai. Sake degree -70
Moist, strong sweetness and mellow aroma like peach or melon liqueur. I think the big sweetness would have to have such a high acidity level to be counterbalanced.
I think it is melted down quite a bit, but there is almost no bitterness and it is a good balance.
I like to drink it as it is, but considering the alcohol content, it might be good to consider it as a liqueur and make it into a cocktail.
In fact, it was also good mixed with Mitsuya cider.
Or mix it with oolong tea at 1:1 and it's just like a reggae punch 😆.
Unfortunately, it's a test brew. Please make it again 🙇.

Celebrating the 20th Anniversary of Sake no Jin, Niigata Jizake Cup 30 Bottle Set 2024 version was not enough to drink and drank 3 bottles at once. The first one ✨
Room temperature, a little sweetness. Bitterness too. My wife says chocolate 🍫 or cocoa ☕️. 50°, the spiciness comes out, but it is gentle. 60°, the rice feeling 🌾 is good with good balance. Sourness, too. Match it with joya nabe and you can drink it without resistance 🍶.
