Purchased at Hankyu Department Store's traveling SAKE. It has a gentle taste with a sweet flavor that comes in the latter half of the bottle. It has a spicy taste, but it also has a fresh fruitiness. I also tasted Omachi, but Yumesasara was definitely my favorite. On the third day, the impression of sweetness and acidity became stronger.

Tochigi sake featured in Hankyu Department Store's Traveling SAKE. After drinking Kiyokai nigori, it was getting crowded, so I left once and returned when it was empty. We compared Yumesasara and Omachi. I had a preconceived notion that Omachi would be tastier, but I found Omachi to be too strong and subtle. Yumesasara was delicious, so I bought it.

I've never seen this brand before. It's mostly consumed in Niigata Prefecture, so it's not sold outside the prefecture. I was lucky enough to drink it 😄. It's chilled but very juicy, and it's a true trendy combination of sweetness and refreshment. I drank it at the end of a drinking party, so there wasn't much left of the knob, but it's a very powerful drink that works well on its own. I'd really like to taste it at home, so if I find it somewhere else, I'll definitely buy it 😙. But I drank too much yesterday 😨

This is definitely a great sake. It has a stable taste no matter when you buy it. It is very hard to find even in Niigata Prefecture. This one has a gorgeous aroma, a full flavor, and a nutty aroma in the latter half of the bottle, making it very tasty. I purchased a bottle of this sake, but it ran out very quickly. I would like to get it again if I have the chance.

I visited Araiya Brewery for an in-store tasting of Sekiya Brewery's sake, which I couldn't taste because I had to drive afterwards 😅. Sake that has been aged for only one year and bottled. I tried to hold off on opening it until New Year's, but my fridge was at capacity 🤣🤣 so I opened it 😅. Well, the aroma is green apple 🍏, soft mouthfeel, fresh sweetness and delicious flavor with a sourness that slowly builds up ✨. On the second day, I think the sweetness has deepened. I've read that it's recommended to cool it down a little bit, so if you let it sit for a while after pouring it, the sweetness and umami will deepen and become more intense ✨.
