A bottle of spicy and tasty I was originally going to buy the Oomote no Shinshin, but the liquor store owner recommended the Uraku no Shinshin. Mr. Ota is a rerun of Nagasaki It is a treasure house of good food! There are also a variety of good sake, and it's a place I've always dreamed of visiting!

I bought it because a liquor store in my neighborhood started handling Tajima. I was surprised at how fruity it was. It is fresh, moderately sweet, and delicious. It is a more modern sake than I expected. After drinking this after the first time, it feels more like a sake 🤔.

To compete with them with seafood, We consulted with them in advance about "Uchiwa Shrimp" caught in Hirado, Nagasaki. Jun Dai is in the 1500 yen range and very cosy👍 When it comes to Niigata, I love Kafuda-shu, it's very similar to the acidity of that Kafuda-shu 😋. I love Niigata, but I can't tell if it's sweet or spicy 😅I found myself drinking 3 gou of it, so it's good 😋. But I think it's the winner 😆. I'd like to try the other ones though👍

I bought it at a sake shop in Kintetsu Department Store. I can't read "mother-of-pearl" 🤣I heard it is read as "Uzume", but if you type "den" for mother-of-pearl in your phone, it will come up 😁. If I lived a normal life, I would never use this kanji 😅. I got the impression it's a pineapple with a bit of bitterness 🍍. It was sweeter when I tasted it, so maybe it's sweeter after some time, but it's 500ml and I can't wait that long 🤣. Maybe the aroma is a bit peculiar.
