Winter Solstice. I came home and took a bath and it was a yuzu bath. And pumpkin stew 👍. With nigori sake from the brewery in Hamada City, Shimane Prefecture, Japan. Not too sweet, not too spicy, moderately refreshing, nigori sake.

When I go to Hamada, I usually buy sake from this brewery, I think I read that this is a seasonal sake. I think I read that it is a seasonal sake. Taste, It is deliciously spicy. Purchased at Aeon in Masuda. The date of manufacture was 23.5. It's a disappointment. I have to choose the store.... It tastes like a heavy color. No fruitiness. I would like to have a fresh one next time.
