Jun Dai is in the 1500 yen range and very cosy👍 When it comes to Niigata, I love Kafuda-shu, it's very similar to the acidity of that Kafuda-shu 😋. I love Niigata, but I can't tell if it's sweet or spicy 😅I found myself drinking 3 gou of it, so it's good 😋. But I think it's the winner 😆. I'd like to try the other ones though👍

This Junmai Ginjo is also made from Yamadanishiki produced in Yahiko Village, and is a good sake, not fruity, but calm and soft. Yahiko Village is where my mother is from, and I spent a lot of time there as a child when I was sent to my mother's home, so it is like a second home to me. Yahiko Shrine, the first shrine in Echigo, is located there.

I bought it at a sake shop in Kintetsu Department Store. I can't read "mother-of-pearl" 🤣I heard it is read as "Uzume", but if you type "den" for mother-of-pearl in your phone, it will come up 😁. If I lived a normal life, I would never use this kanji 😅. I got the impression it's a pineapple with a bit of bitterness 🍍. It was sweeter when I tasted it, so maybe it's sweeter after some time, but it's 500ml and I can't wait that long 🤣. Maybe the aroma is a bit peculiar.
