I tasted it and enjoyed it so I bought it😄. 100% Dewanosato from Yamagata Prefecture Polishing ratio, Kake rice 55 Yeast: Yamagata Ginjo yeast (NF-KA), Association 1801 yeast Slightly sweet, easy to drink with flavor, sweetness and sharpness 🍶😄. You can feel the fullness of the rice as soon as you drink it â Tastes like a 4 digit yeast 😆. Delicious 😄

I had promised my wife a day off from Monday to Thursday...I drank it on Thursday 💦 weak willed...sorry. I bought it just because it was from a sake brewery in Yamagata Prefecture. There was no mistake. The aroma is mild, but when you put it in your mouth, it has a nice sweetness and umami that spreads quickly. I think the taste goes well with all kinds of food. I found another good sake.

This month's sake rice is Dewa Sanzan🤤. I don't remember where I bought it, but it is well-balanced with a good mouthfeel and a crisp aftertaste - a little high in alcohol content, but I was pleasantly surprised as I wasn't expecting much 😆. For me, this will be my next purchase 😁.
