I was in the neighborhood of Yamaya and casually looked around and found this. A one-cup cup with a label of a horse! The label is Gold Ship, a horse who loves women just like Mr. Mitamura! Mr. Mitamura used to go to Kitashoji Sake Brewery. I see they have a café now! The label may be different, but what's inside is, of course, what everyone knows! It's even better while watching Messenger Kuroda's Osaka Osanpo! Cheap hot sake is perfect while watching this! A little more alcohol would be better. But it's still a stable taste!

Not my opinion on alcohol 😅... I made the second Zubora-meshi (zubora-meshi), which is a one-pot dish for every night! It's a reproduction of what the owner of Iwatsuki in Osaka made on TV show "Yasutomo no Itte Serious Desu"! In the TV show, all the ingredients were prepared at Lawson, but I prepared it at a supermarket or 7-Eleven. Charcoal-grilled chicken Shellfish for snacks Crab sticks silken tofu Put the above into an earthenware pot and pour one cup Put it on the fire and skim off the alcohol and it's ready to serve. On TV, it was put in a bowl and cooked without wrapping. Unlike commercial cooking sake, it has a mild sweetness and umami, and is delicious when combined with the flavor of the ingredients. It is not a one-cup drink, but I could easily eat it while drinking 😊.

Happy New Year everyone 🎍🌅🎍! The first sake of the year is still "Goshinshu" 😆🎉. It is a special sake that not only tastes great but also has divine power 🍶✨It is too good to leave it only as an offering👍! Let's drink Mikamizake ‼️ Well, the ginjo aroma opened with a kapan, it has a nice sweet aroma. I had it in the hiya and it was soft on the palate, with a sour yet sweet and umami flavor that would go well with anything for a New Year's feast. The small 100ml amount is perfect for New Year's Eve when you want to drink this or that! It was a delicious and versatile sake 😙🍶💕.

(My vote 3.1/5) Drunk cold (one of the recommended temperatures). The liquid is clear as water. The taste on the nose is found in apple. The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of robust sake. The body is round and rather dry. The taste intensity is normal. On the palate the body is medium and the aftertaste is of medium intensity. The taste is pleasant, ready to drink. The finish is long and tends more towards dry. The aroma in the mouth brings hints of vanilla, melon and apricot.
