What? What is light and what is dry?
I like Mujirushi so much that I don't like other brands. I feel that it is light and dry, but at the same time I feel that it is thin.

As expected of a one-cup drink, the taste is stable. Still, I think Mujirushi is better than Namacho.
It's amazing that 300 ml goes in so smoothly that I don't mind, though it's dangerous for me. I don't know what to say...the top notes and the aftertaste don't interfere with the flavor (laughs).

I went to Hiroshima to visit a friend.
As usual, we ate okonomiyaki, drank beer, and talked about all kinds of things, but most of the liquor stores near the hotel were closed.
We had no choice but to go to a convenience store to get some sake, and we found a one-cup Ozeki Daiginjo on sale, so we tried it for the first time!
The aroma was not gorgeous, but the taste was mild and dry. The aroma is not spectacular, but it is mild, clean and dry. There is not much sweetness, and the acidity and astringency give it a refreshing and crisp finish.
It would go well with dried oily fish.

Beer is good on a hot day, but chilled sake really sinks in!
I don’t know if this is the right Ozeki but it is the most smooth sake I have drank in a long time. Like water almost. In a great little izakaya in Otsu. UPDATE: the more I drink the more it tastes like sugar was added afterwards. Then it feels a little too sweet in an artificial way. But still good.
