It's my first time to drink Hakuin Masamune. It's a sake I've never had the chance to drink before. I've been drinking a lot of sweet and sour sake lately, so I thought I'd try some dry sake. Danrei Dry. It has a moderate aroma and is dry enough to drink with a meal.

☀️ This is the first time I've seen a drink without a label 🏷️. Instead it has a ribbon🎀 which makes it unique 🤩. There is an initial feeling of alcohol, but it is quickly followed by a sweetness. Soft sweetness with a melon flavor. It can be fluffed up as it is. A sake that tastes as unique as it looks 🍶.

Leaving the new sake festival, we went to the second restaurant. The second party was at a soba restaurant on the restaurant floor of Amu Plaza Kumamoto, adjacent to the station. This soba restaurant has a great selection of sake 😁. The price is... no way 🤣. The second drink was Shashaemon I had this sake at this restaurant before, but I couldn't remember what it tasted like, so I ordered it. Tenryo, which I ordered at a meal on my trip. It was a freshly brewed and stored Honjozo brewed with Hidahomare. I usually don't drink Hidahomare, Honjozo, or Nama-Seizou, so I thought it would be a good opportunity to drink it. The color was crystal with a slight yellow tinge. The aroma is quite mild, with mineral and earthy notes. When you drink it, it has a slightly fruity overtone. Next comes a sense of minerality and a hint of sweetness. There is also a slight white ball-like feeling. The acidity is smart and not too assertive. Bitterness appears a little at the end. The lingering aftertaste is pale and slowly fades away with the bitterness. As is typical of honjozo, it has the sake-like flavor that is generally imagined by those who do not normally drink sake, but it is a food sake with a fruity character that is typical of freshly stored sake. It's meant to be served at ryokans, as it goes perfectly with fish, vegetables, and other Japanese dishes! I've been drinking a lot of sake that can be drunk on its own, so I'm very satisfied with my first "food sake" in a long time! It may not be a hit with those who only accept easy-to-understand sake, but for those who like dry sake, or those who want to enjoy a marriage between sake and food, or to complement food, this is a naturally delicious sake.

This was the first time I drank Abe-kan at home. The one I drank in the past was a special sake with a special kijoshu spec, so I don't think it was any different from the first time I drank it. It is dry with a strong gassy and acidic taste. It is not that sweet, but it is easy to drink because of the sourness. I don't think I've ever seen Abe-kan sold anywhere but Edion Namba.

I bought it at the Aeon system big. This is the first time I've had an Aomori sake. It's sweet but easy to drink. It's delicious. I'm happy to pay about 1,000 yen for a 720ml bottle.

Aomori's sake is hard to find locally🥺 I thought I'd have to go out of the prefecture or poke around, but my wife bought some at a department store that the clerk recommended. It's a limited edition sake made by Momokawa, a sake brewery near Hachinohe, using "Mashigura" rice grown in Oirase town and fermented at low temperature for a long time. When we drank it chilled, my wife and I said, "Wow, this is delicious 😆 ". Fruity, light and elegantly sweet😍. It's similar to the Mimuro Sugi's Grazie Airdio that we drank recently. It's easy to drink, even though it's over 17 degrees alcohol. There are many other good sakes in Aomori 👏 besides Denshu, Hassen and Toyoupai.

I bought it because of the cool bottle, the lettering, and the phrase "cold brewed, Shiboritate limited edition"! It's a freshly squeezed new sake that's only available once a year 💓. Right after opening the bottle, it's super fresh ⚡️I'd say it's light and dry, but still nenne and not enough 😅. On the second day, the richness comes out. On the third day or so, I think the sweet aroma finally started to stand out ✨But by that time I only had one more batch left 🤣. The result was a type that was hard to open, but I enjoyed it 🕺🎵.

The mark looks much like some airline company. Pouring it into a cold sake glass and bringing it close to the nose, the aroma is sweet and soft, like a peach. When you drink it immediately, you cannot sense any strong characteristics at first, but the deliciousness of the rice oozes out from the middle part of the bottle, and in the latter half, the fruity overtone appears in small waves. There is little bitterness or astringency. Overall, it has an elegant flavor typical of Junmai Daiginjos. Thank you very much.

Saijo Sake Festival (6) The last sake brewery we visited was Sanyotsuru Sake Brewery, which was also new to us! We drank hiyaoroshi and bought some limited edition sake and left Saijo 🍶. It was a very fun sake festival, but there were just too many people 😂I would like to come back on a weekday when it's quieter. I heard it's also famous that people always fall down and ambulances come, but I guess it's safe? I'm happy to see it😅 Alcohol in moderation 🚑. ☀️ I'm at the Saijo Sake Festival. It's a great crowd 😳 First of all, we had a barrel of Sanyo Sake 🙏. It's quite reasonable at 100 yen for 60ml 🙄. Well, I guess that's festival price 😆. It's sake 🍶. Sweetness is firm. There is a moderate cedar aroma from the barrel. The cedar aroma is soft and fluffy. This may be the softest barrel sake I've ever had. The acidity is citrusy with a crisp, bitter taste. Overall, it is a refreshing summer sake. It is well-balanced and can be drunk easily. The yeast seems to be different from last year's, and judging from the other reviews, it may be a different one. (It's also possible that my taste buds are wrong...) The bottle was opened without any sign of carbonation. The whey-like smell is gorgeous. The taste is dry and rice-like. It finishes with a sense of rice and acidity. It is a taste you can find when you drink orikara-mi. The sweetness is added by mixing in the ori that has accumulated at the bottom, and it is just right. It is delicious. As you get used to drinking it, it becomes more familiar to your tongue and you can drink it in large gulps, and it is irresistibly good as you continue drinking it. It tastes even better after a year in the refrigerator, but I can't wait that long.
