I wanted a dry, dry drink. There are days when I'm in that mood. You might say don't choose raw, but I realized it after the sake bottle came. I enjoyed it with yudofu. It fits my mood today. When I think of dry, dry sake, I think of Niigata, Hiroshima, and Kochi. I admit to disagreeing.

When the temperature is raised, the flavor and acidity are more assertive than right after opening the bottle. It says that it goes well with Japanese cuisine, and I think this is true. I drank Handa Go after reading the comments from others. It does have a yogurt-like mouthfeel, but afterwards it feels like water and is easy to drink. It is not mellow and goes well with Yamachan's spicy food!
