I bought this alcohol as a tie-in to the No.6 x type direct pass 🍶. It wasn't exactly the sake I wanted, so the bar was low, but I was surprised when I tried it: ‼️ It is one of the best tasting sakes I have ever had👍. Fruity aroma typical of daiginjo 🍌. It has a good umami taste, a nice acidity, and no bitterness 😀. I'm glad I found a good sake that I like (^...^)

It's been a while since I had my first Suiroku Miyamanishiki sake. The aroma is not that great, but when you put it in your mouth you think it's sweet and refreshing. I opened it when I was drunk 😅. Freshly brewed with Miyamanishiki from Nagano Prefecture. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be good. The color is milky white. The smell is mild, with a hint of flowers. The taste is fruity, but not too sweet. It has a nice umami taste with a slight sourness and bitterness in the aftertaste. You can feel the alcohol quite a bit, it's 17 degrees, so it's thick. It is easy to drink on the rocks with ice. I think it tastes better if you drink it this way. It has a refreshing, dry, gassy flavor that pairs well with 🍖 meat dishes and Chinese and other oily dishes 😋~.

GW 4 days 3 nights with wife, 1,500km round trip🤣 We went on a Sanriku car trip 🙂. We stayed one night near Sendai and went to Sanriku. We had an ume (sea urchin) lunch box at Kuji station, and spent the second night in Miyako. Miyako's sake brewery, Hishiya Sake Brewery, Senryo Otokoyama. Seafood Cuisine at Murekou, a long-established bar that has been in business for over 45 years.
