I was somewhat attracted by the label and bought it. As the label says, it is a junmai ginjo, with little bitterness. It was not enough for me, and it was getting cold, so I warmed it up. The aroma and acidity became more pronounced and tasty.

There was an opening I had never seen before, so I bought it. It tasted sour and sweet like sake made with white malted rice. It tasted like sweet white wine. Kaiun always has a great balance of sweetness, umami, and bitterness, but this one was a bit adventurous. It was very different from the taste I imagined.

I wanted to drink a 13% Kamo Kanehide, so I went to a store that carried it, which I hadn't been to recently. I didn't find what I was looking for, but I felt bad about leaving without buying anything, so I bought this one. The aroma was not so good when drunk cold, but it became very tasty when it was warmed up.

Sentori's labels are always so stylish that I can't help but pick them up. This is my first time to try Senkohana. The balance of acidity and sweetness. It has a balance of sourness and sweetness. I really like the taste👍 Personally, Akatombo was the best of Sentori's seasonal offerings, but it's now the leader. This is good 😋. I will drink it with care.

It has been a long time since I have been to Eiko-Fuji. Will it be an autumn sake? It has a nice sweetness. I think it has more umami than the usual Eiko-Fuji. It was a delicious sake 😋.

It's been a very long time since I've seen a KID. The white malted rice liquor has a sour taste and is like white wine. It is also quite rich with sweetness. We enjoyed it very much.

The last bottle purchased on a trip to Sendai. I was attracted by the bright pink label and bought it. I imagined it would be citrus 🍊sweet and bitter, but surprisingly, it is not sour and has a delicious flavor.

Purchased at my favorite liquor store. It is a new product from Yamashiroya. If someone says "sparkling nigori" to me, I'll buy it. I like it, so I buy it even if it is a little expensive. It is not wabi, but wahi. It tastes like white wine. It has acidity, but it is not sweet. It tastes like Niigata sake. On a different note, rice is really in short supply. I always buy rice directly from the JA, but there is no rice available, so I bought some other rice, but I am still trying to find the right amount of water for it, which is different from my usual rice. I wonder if it will affect the sake as well.

BBQ🍖 at my house with my usual juniors. They brought sake. It is a strong and tasty sake that goes well with strong flavored BBQ and yakitori (grilled chicken). However, I have recently become very weak on sake and had to run an errand the next day, so I had to stop after one glass of sake.

I bought it at Mutoya in Sendai Station as a souvenir for myself on a trip to Miyagi Prefecture. I had my eye on a number of things, but I bought this one because I had been to Matsushima and also because it was a nigori summer sake and the label was cute. It tasted sweet and refreshing, and if you are not careful, you can drink too much of it. I liked the taste.

It's been a while since I've had a fern cider. Summer makes me want to drink shwashy drinks. It is sweet, but not too sweet, with a bitter aftertaste, like grapefruit. It is delicious. It is easy to drink, but you need to be careful because the alcohol content is sake.

The last bottle I bought on my trip to Shiga. I haven't been drinking lately because I've been cheating on lemon sours and beer😅. I heard that Shiga's sake is characterized by its strong taste, so I requested a Shiga-like sake, even though I'm not good at strong sake. Here is what he recommended. It was indeed very strong. Moreover, the sake is brewed with only a small amount of water, which is called jumizu-jikkuri, and it is said to have a strong flavor. We started with cold sake. Next time, it was too thick, so I added ice. It was still quite strong. Finally, since it was summer, I drank it with soda. It was nice to be able to taste the sake even when it was mixed with soda.

Koei Kiku is a sake that I like to drink in summer. It is served while watching Kingdom. They had it in stock the day I went to the store where Koei Kiku is sold. I had never had Haruzion before, so I bought it immediately. The acidity and freshness I thought it was white wine. Delicious 😋.

Visited a liquor store that I have not seen for a while. I bought it because it had just arrived the day before. The fireworks label was a hit with the kids🎆. The acidity is exactly what you would expect from a summer sake. Not too sweet. It was delicious even when mixed with soda and drunk with a gulp.

It's been a very, very long time since I've been to Eikofuji. Still the same kick-ass naming 🤣. I don't really think of Eiko-Fuji as dry, but at +11 sake, it's pretty dry. It's so refreshing and easy to drink that I wondered if it was really +11 🍶. It's certainly not sweet, but it's not as sharp as its name. I also enjoyed it with soda.

First issue #16 @ 2024 A while ago, my favorite liquor store started carrying this brand, and although I wanted to try it, the timing was not right. The label is a refreshing blue color, typical of summer sake. It is fruity yet refreshing. It is my favorite type of sake. Many summer sakes are refreshing and good.

First issue #15 @ 2024 Three Rengoshi, a brand for lovers of GUNDAM. However, the liquor store I usually go to doesn't carry it, and it was a brand I wanted to buy for sure when I went on my trip to Shiga. I did my research and visited a sake shop that specializes in Shiga's local sake on my trip to Shiga and got it. I thought about buying the standard black sake, but decided on this one because it was a limited edition and also because it was ogara-mi. I was told that among Shiga's local sake, many of which have a strong flavor, Sanrensei is a modern type. It does have a sweet and bitter taste, but it is not strong and easy to drink. The label reads, "In the year 2024 of the space century, peace negotiations were concluded with the CVD forces. It's a nice pun. You can almost hear the music "Terere~".

I discovered this restaurant when I was wandering around. It seems to focus on wine and sake, especially wine, and the snacks are mainly light. It seems to be a convenient place for a quick drink. It is a place you will want to go back to. I may or may not have had this brand before. It is quite a strong tasting sake. As I like lighter drinks, I couldn't drink it without a chaser.

All-you-can-drink sake at Ginjo Tuna🍶. The last one was Ottersai. I think I had a Houou Mita peach or something else before this, but I don't have a picture or remember. I think I've had them all before, not very adventurous at all 🤔. And the next day I had a terrible hangover 🤮All you can drink is a privilege for those who are strong drinkers. Every time I have a hangover I vow to enjoy it in the amount that suits me. But I forget. I don't know why🧐.

All-you-can-drink sake at Ginjo Tuna🍶. The fourth drink was Ichinenfudo. I had to drink sake a little at a time because it makes me drunk, but by this time I was enjoying the beer and food so much that my memory of the flavors was a little fuzzy. I forgot to take a picture of the label on the back.
