Purchased at Yokohama Takashimaya Rice used is Kame-no-o type Koshihikari produced in Kasama City The alcohol is a little strong, but the taste is smooth and not like an unfiltered draft. I'm at my new place today! We had a glass of local sake at the busi-hotel to pray for a new start👍. The mouthfeel is surprisingly soft and the flavor in the mouth is like custard cream or banana au lait! The texture is also soft on the tongue. I think I may have never tasted such a soft sake! Sake brought back from our trip to Niigata Sake recommended by the lady who was selling it. Very gassy 💨 Sake with a strong moromi Dry and crisp 💪. It's a nigori sake, but you can drink it with gusto as a food sake 🎵.
