This seems to be a regular sake of Amanurin! After bottling, the sake is matured slowly in the brewery. Mellow and full-flavored with a lot of umami!

The rice used is Comet from Hokkaido. You can't ignore the sake made with Hokkaido rice, can you? It has a clear and refreshing taste typical of Comet. I bought it because I wanted to drink it for the first time in a long time! This is the third time I've had it, so I'll spare you my impressions. I've had it for drinking out of doors, Edo Kaijo! Is it brewed in Shiba, Minato-ku? Dry! Is the alcohol content high? I thought it would be 14 degrees. I vaguely thought it might be 17 degrees since it was labeled as a pure sake, but..., But I was wrong, Well, it is no wonder I felt that way. It tasted sharp.
