Sake Drinking Party in the Mountains
Hokkaido is Daisetsuzan, and when we arrived at the tent site of Hakuun-dake (白雲岳), we had a cup of...
Coffee is great in the mountains, but...
Sake is also very special ^_^.
This sake made with Aizan is sweet and should have been paired with cheese, not firefly squid pickled in okizuke... lol!
However, it was a delicious sake ^_^.
Junmai-shu made from "Mashigura" rice grown in Aomori.
The refreshing acidity is super delicious ^_^!
Liver pate and asparagus like yesterday... it goes really well!
A different impression from the sake of Hokkaido so far...
Freshly boiled asparagus and asparagus tempura from my friend's farm, along with tempura of cod's sprouts...it's the best ^_^!
Although I eat only vegetables such as wild vegetables and asparagus, I always eat them as tempura, so I get fat in this season... lol
