☆☆☆☆☆ This one also feels well aged. I think there is a sweet and sour taste in the back of the bottle, which is strange. It's a good sake that can be drunk well with a sense of modernity.

Cut as the brand name! It's just like that! It has nothing to do with words like "mellow". It is a sake for sashimi and other raw fish. I paired it with mirin-boshi grilled mackerel, chikuwa sardines, and sasazuke small sea bream, and it went well with the sasazuke small sea bream. It went well with the pickled sea bream.
