The lack of sweetness makes it taste more like sake! I thought so at first sip, but the taste doubled when paired with food. The dry, mellow chart is convincing. It becomes more and more delicious! Recommended for those who like lukewarm or hot sake.

Zankuro Kinmon-Nishiki Kunoichi Junmai Namaishu Rated 4.4 Rice used: Kinmon-Nishiki, Polishing ratio: 91%, Yeast: No. 10 Focusing on "harmony between the original flavor of the rice and the cut," it expresses the presence and crispness of the rice due to the 91% rice polishing ratio. It can be served cold or warmed. Bottled March 2024, shipped from the brewery August 2025. Touch soft rice flavor after a year and a half of layering. Convergence is a reasonably sharp mid-meal sake with a sense of outline.

Kiwamono in the Zankuro series with outstanding sharpness 61% Yamae-Nishiki polished rice, 1101 yeast, 19% al. Hot, dark, dry and spicy The herbaceous flavor is best when watered and heated. It is also good to drink it with lemon soda like a Ramune. But I like to drink it as it is.
