At a ryokan in Chita Peninsula, Aichi Prefecture.
After toasting with beer and refilling several beer mugs, we had our first glass of Michisakari chilled.
It had a sweet taste and a robust sake flavor that went perfectly with the sashimi.
The taste is one thing, but I also learned how to read it for the first time. The menu had furigana written on it, so I was able to order as if I knew how to read it.
