Purchased at a supermarket in Karuizawa. [I like it, ferry 😆 ] I've had a couple of sake from Watarifune so far, and they're usually good 😋, with a nice balance of umami and bitterness from the gentle sweetness. I think Naminoe is a rare brand that you don't see much in Tokyo. I bought it for the first time, and I got the impression that it is moderately sweet and refreshing. The aroma in the background is a fresh melon candy type. It is more suitable for simmered dishes than sashimi👍.

It is a spring sake, but the label is not pink or something spring-like, but for some reason, it has a full moon. My own guess is that it comes from the haiku term "Haru-Manzuki," which means "full moon in spring. But it still looks like a hiyaoroshi. Lactic acidity from the top-tasting aroma. The mouthfeel is silky and light sweetness from the tangy gasiness, and the umami is jiggly. The aftertaste is full of lactic acidity, and the closing acidity and bitterness are robust. I thought it was a bit of a rush at the back of my throat, but it was only 17%. It is light, so you don't feel it too much, but it is quite heavy.
