Today we got a limited edition of Uozu Sake Brewery, which is now under the Sake Capital umbrella? I got a bottle of UO from Uozu Sake Brewery, which is now under the umbrella of Sake Capital 😀.
It seems to be a sake developed to go well with fish from Toyama Bay ✨.
The aroma is mild 😄and the palate is smooth, fresh, and light 🤔, and it finishes with a refreshing acidity 😚I couldn't really tell the difference between it and the Hohanami 🤣 but it was a delicious sake 🥳.

I thought it was rare to find Hokuriku sake using Akita Sake Komachi, so I bought some at a local liquor store 😊.
The aroma is fresh banana🍌 type?
It is fresh and crisp in the mouth 🐜😚 The gentle sweetness and umami taste goes away quickly 😚 It is a delicious sake that is easy to drink 🥰.
It is a newly changed brewery and I will be watching it carefully 🥳.
