Sweet and sour cider-like liquor
I was curious and bought it.
The aroma is like wine
Sweet and sour sake aroma
First of all, it is sweet and sour like wine.
Apple flavor, wine and sake added together
Juice-like
Slight bitterness and sake aftertaste at the end
8 degrees alcohol by volume.
Slightly cloudy and fizzy,
The gas vent hole in the stopper makes me nervous.
The bottle is opened by turning it normally without venting the gas through the vent hole.
Oops!
The bottle was opened without even a single puff.
I was a little disappointed.
I got myself together and started to drink it.
It is not too sweet and tasty,
It tastes a little like melon.
I don't know what it tastes like,
It is a sparkling sake, so there is a little bit of foaminess,
As I thought, I went through 2 gos of sake on the first day of opening the bottle,
Sorry, no beer today.
As the name suggests, this sake is sharp and dry. It has a classical but weightless quality, and although it is probably intended for summer, the acidity is strong from the first sip to the aftertaste, so I think it is better served at room temperature or lukewarm rather than cold 😕.
⭐️⭐️
Purchased at a local sake store.
Small bottle of 300 ml.
This sake was purchased at Anago no Ue in Miyajima in August.
It was hot. I went to Miyajima with my family.
A night to remember the flavor of grilled sea eel at Miyajima with my family.
It's dry and delicious.
This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. I continue to receive fish and local sake at my parents' home in Setouchi. I am enjoying my favorite Yawatagawa. It is firm, dry and refreshing. I am thankful that I can drink good sake today in good health.
This is one of the items I purchased at the time of the brewery opening,
At last!
First, I took a sip,
It has a crisp, tasty flavor with no cloying taste,
The aroma is not fruity.
Pear? No, no, melon?
This is..,
This is a delicious sake in the modern style,
I didn't know there was a sake brewery in the neighborhood that made such a delicious sake,
I've been drinking mainly Ame-Go-Tsuki this year,
Next year, will it be Yawatagawa?
On the first day, we had Hiroshima Tsukemen Modoki,
It was a delicious drink with good chemistry.
The second day was Oyster Butter Soy Sauce, which was also delicious.
Today's beer was Egoma Beer by Iwami Beer & Sake,
Today's beer is Iwami Beer's Egoma Beer.
Egoma salt sauce is poured over the beer and served with a bowl of rice.
Egoma rice bowl with egoma salt sauce.
The aroma of egoma and a little taste of egoma,
It was a delicious beer.
The sake is made from 100% Hiroshima-grown 70% polished rice from Nakanosei-Shin Senbon, using subterranean water from Gokurakuji Mountain.
The mouthfeel is clean and classic, with a slight alkalinity. It is slightly dry. The sourness comes later, followed by bitterness.
It is easy to drink as a mid-meal sake because it wears off quickly!
This will be a comment from an amateur drinker. I continue to enjoy fish from the Seto Inland Sea and Hachiman River as I am at my parents' house! It is a wonderful sake. It is a robust and strong sake. I am happy to be drinking good sake today! I am thankful to be able to drink sake in good health.
This will be a comment from an amateur sake lover. When I was about 20 years old, I drank a bottle of Hachiman River sake and was impressed by its taste. At that time, it was Junmai Daiginjo.
It had been a while since I went back to my parents' house, so I visited the brewery in person and purchased this sake. I was told that this year's production was the best.
It was truly the best in many ways! It was nostalgic and thoughtful, reminding me of my own sake roots.
I am thankful that I was able to drink good sake today and in good health.
Tonight, we will toast to Yawatagawa with a side of Hiroshima koiwashi!
