It was purchased at Amaha Shuho in Tokushima City. I had heard from my sister that it was delicious, and I was curious about it. I was able to get it when I visited the sake brewery in Seitama. I was finally able to get my hands on it when I visited Seitama's sake brewery. Today, following yesterday's Aizan drinking event, I went to the Osaka Bay Tower's Japanese sake festival event 😀. I was informed in advance by bouken-san that there was a sake that Saku-san usually does not have, so I made a toast with his wife with that sake 😇. The sake was even clearer and fruity than Saku's usual sake, and we were very satisfied from the start 😀. During the live taiko performance by three women, my wife and I, who are both learning taiko, were overwhelmed by their amazing performance 😇. We were able to compare over 130 different types of sake, but my favorite was from Yamazaru, a brewery located in Asa, Yamaguchi Prefecture 😇. From the aroma to the mouthfeel, it was right up my alley👍! I had a chance to talk to the brewer and asked him about the stores in the Kansai area that carry it.

Yesterday was the first youth baseball coaches meeting in two weeks. A big senior coach bought us some sake from Tokushima, so we had it 🙇️. My first Tokushima sake ️️! It's a dry taste, but you can feel the sweetness too👍. It's well balanced and perfect for a midday drink😍. My senior coach lives in Shikoku for work now and can't come back every week but I asked him to bring me some good sake from Shikoku🤣.

The second bottle of Hohsui Shuzo purchased at the Hankyu Brewer's Festival was a hiyaoroshi 🐰✨ with a 60% polishing ratio of Bizen Omachi rice. It has a mellow mouthfeel and a full flavor that is typical of Omachi rice, and is delicious!

Birthday gift sake No. 3 Speaking of comets, Ricaman is a liquor that I don't get a chance to drink very often because I don't go to Ricaman. It has a mild top-fragrance aroma. It is gorgeous and refreshingly sweet on the palate. It is a versatile type of sake that can be enjoyed with food or on its own. For better or worse, it is an excellent Daiginjo. I think it tastes more open and sweeter on the second day than when it is freshly opened. The design of the sake lid looks just like the one from a while ago😅.

Origuchi Sake-ten suddenly started taking reservations for Wakabisu, so I went to make a reservation last week and received it today. The rice is Kami no Ho. I didn't feel any gas, but there were lots of bubbles in the glass. I was told it was a food type wine, but it was more fruity and pineapple-like than I expected. It's not flashy, but it's delicious with a moderate sweetness and flavor. Wakabisu sake brewery is close to Aoyama-cho station, so you can go there by train 🤔.
