Tatsusen is a first. The rice called "Kyo no Hana No.1" is also new to me. The name alone might make you think it is Kyoto rice😅. It seems to be a phantom rice revived by the Tatsusen brewery. The third shot was Tatsuzumi, Sashiu-san's gift sake. It's so bitter, isn't it? Tatsusen! I had wanted to drink it for a long time, but the timing was never quite right... The manager said it was his favorite drink in the restaurant! It is a pale yellow color with silver tints and a hint of green. It has a spicy top note with a hint of alcohol, but the aroma is very refreshing, perhaps because of the acidity. When you drink it, the slightly carbonated texture on the tongue is pleasant. There is not much noticeable aroma, but the acidity gives it a refreshing mouthfeel. It may not have much sweetness to begin with, but the acidity helps to make it dry. Despite its dryness, it has a strong flavor, which is probably due to the strong umami that can be tasted from start to finish. Dry sake is usually considered "spicy," but perhaps because of the strong umami, it does not feel too spicy. Interestingly, it is a sake that does not have much bitterness, which may be why it is so light and easy to drink despite its 17% alcohol content. This is seriously very, very good! I wouldn't say it's for everyone, but I think it's a must-try for sake drinkers who like umami!

Rice used is Yamadanishiki After opening the bottle, I wondered if it would have been better if I had let it sit longer. I regret it after opening the bottle. BATON TOUCH No.3 Sweet Summer and Japanese Hakka The refreshing aroma of citrus fruits, the gas from the second fermentation in the bottle is pleasant, and the bitterness and spiciness of the Japanese Hakka on the back end make it easy to drink 🍶😋😋😋. It's like a juice, but it's delicious in its own way.

LIBROM x UNITEDARROWS x Hamadaya Sake Shop Smoothie Sour Sake Banana🍌🍌🍌 It's a craft saké called Smoothie Sour Sake, which is made by LIBROM's doburoku process with a large amount of domestic bananas. ☺️ The aroma and quality of the sake is similar to that of a plum liqueur, but the banana flavor comes through in the aftertaste. When mixed with the sedimentary layer, it turns into a thicker, thicker Doburoku. The creaminess and volume come through, but it is not at all weirdly strong, and the banana flavor is very mild and easy to drink 😋😋😋😋.

At home. I️ watched the hot battle for the high school baseball autumn season Kinki tournament at the Wakayama Kimiidera stadium. On the way home, I️ bought my first "Imanishiki" at Sakeya Kagimoto in Wakayama City. I️ bought Nagano Prefecture's sake in Wakayama Prefecture⁉️. And today, I opened the bottle. It has a gorgeous aroma, a smooth mouthfeel, sweetness, umami, and a bit of acidity. It has a fruity feeling in the nose. It is not too sweet and has a moderate dry taste. My favorite team lost, and I was feeling hopeless about the Koshien tournament, so I thought I would be a little burned out, but it was very tasty and comforting. I knew it was Nagano sake, and there is no mistake.

When I go to this liquor store, I can't stop looking at different things. There are both hi-seasoned and draft Morishima's Omachi and Yamadanishiki, and there are several Nozomis... In the end, I narrowed it down to one bottle and chose this one. This is the first time I drink Koshinohomare at home. As for the rice, some stores say they use Takananishiki and others say Koshikagura, but which is it? Fresh, gassy and fruity. Juicy, like apple or pineapple. I was surprised at how delicious it was.

This Sake is bright and flavorful. There is a sweetness followed by the tartness of grapefruit. There is also a hint of banana. The acidity gives this a short and clean finish. Brilliant! 😁
Junmai-Ginjo sake with 50% polishing ratio This sake is brewed by blending Kyokai 1801 and the original ginjo yeast, Kyokai 901. It has a fruity, gorgeous aroma and a pleasant sweetness that spreads in the mouth. Delicious! The label is said to have been designed with a snowflake "Grandpa Sujimaki" of the famous mountain, Yoneyama, which announces the rice planting season in Kashiwazaki, on a label with a texture of textiles associated with the hemp and silk textiles that are famous in Echigo. Stylish!
