Purchased at a local supermarket I didn't have such high expectations, but it has a fresh, fruity flavor with a strong umami. It also has a nice sharpness. It was a cosy evening sake. ❗️

I was able to get some free time during the day, so I went to the gym and worked out for an hour, then went straight to the bathhouse and had a nice, wide bathtub, and then had a long-overdue dinner. I started with a beer and then opened a bottle of "Hanagaki Ginjo" that my father-in-law gave me for New Year's. After the refreshing sweetness that is typical of Hanagaki, the umami flavor spreads out, leading directly to the rich aftertaste. It is relatively sweeter than most of Fukui's local sake, but it has no peculiarities and is easy to drink 😉. I'll have to consume it little by little since my cellar is overloaded with more sake from the New Year's holiday including this one 😁.

The one I bought after tasting it at Ikushima Shoten. Slightly effervescent. Melon-like aroma and taste. Bitter and spicy in the latter half. When I tasted it, it tasted sweeter, so I wonder if it will taste sweeter after a while. When I drank it again, it didn't feel spicy on the first day, but sweet and spicy. にごり祭りを中断してこちら。オカンおすすめと聞いたので、おせち準備を手伝いながらチビチビ、昭和な感じ。冷では控えめ、スッキリ系で王道辛口酒なのですが、温めると花が開いたように香る。セメダイン香？飲み口も柔らかく旨い、これが燗酒だって感じ。美味しい。

Good evening, I am posting my second one. This is a new one by LIBROM ✨ on a recent private expedition to Hakata, Fukuoka. BATON TOUCH No.3 Sweet Summer and Japanese Hakka The refreshing aroma of citrus fruits, the gas from the second fermentation in the bottle is pleasant, and the bitterness and spiciness of the Japanese Hakka on the back end make it easy to drink 🍶😋😋😋. It's like a juice, but it's delicious in its own way.

LIBROM x UNITEDARROWS x Hamadaya Sake Shop Smoothie Sour Sake Banana🍌🍌🍌 It's a craft saké called Smoothie Sour Sake, which is made by LIBROM's doburoku process with a large amount of domestic bananas. ☺️ The aroma and quality of the sake is similar to that of a plum liqueur, but the banana flavor comes through in the aftertaste. When mixed with the sedimentary layer, it turns into a thicker, thicker Doburoku. The creaminess and volume come through, but it is not at all weirdly strong, and the banana flavor is very mild and easy to drink 😋😋😋😋.

Tatsusen is a first. The rice called "Kyo no Hana No.1" is also new to me. The name alone might make you think it is Kyoto rice😅. It seems to be a phantom rice revived by the Tatsusen brewery. The third shot was Tatsuzumi, Sashiu-san's gift sake. It's so bitter, isn't it? Tatsusen! It is said to be a special blend of Junmai-Nigori and Jungin-Nigori, so I imagined it to be cloudy and heavy, but contrary to its appearance, it is light and easy to drink with a light gasiness and sweet acidity from a clear dry base. I had wanted to drink it for a long time, but the timing was never quite right... The manager said it was his favorite drink in the restaurant! It is a pale yellow color with silver tints and a hint of green. It has a spicy top note with a hint of alcohol, but the aroma is very refreshing, perhaps because of the acidity. When you drink it, the slightly carbonated texture on the tongue is pleasant. There is not much noticeable aroma, but the acidity gives it a refreshing mouthfeel. It may not have much sweetness to begin with, but the acidity helps to make it dry. Despite its dryness, it has a strong flavor, which is probably due to the strong umami that can be tasted from start to finish. Dry sake is usually considered "spicy," but perhaps because of the strong umami, it does not feel too spicy. Interestingly, it is a sake that does not have much bitterness, which may be why it is so light and easy to drink despite its 17% alcohol content. This is seriously very, very good! I wouldn't say it's for everyone, but I think it's a must-try for sake drinkers who like umami!
