Ginban Meisui Meisui Yami Dry Taste
Rating 4.4
50° setting
Even though it is a regular sake, this is an evening sake with a good thirst-quenching taste and umami. It has a good balance of sweetness, umami, spiciness and bitterness. Soft and easy to drink.
Another bottle of sake.
It is a brand name of Ginban sake from Ginban Sake Brewery in Kurobe City, Toyama Prefecture.
It was purchased at a roadside station in Kurobe City.

This is a sake that is suitable for professionals when drunk on its own.
It is more suited for a mealtime drink.
Good evening, Mr. Hagi (farmed). I learned about silver plate a long time ago because of the impact of the "core of rice" naming. I have not reached the core of rice, but it is my favorite type. It has been a long time since I have had it. 😊
