Summer sake is a bit watery and I have never had anything like it. However, this one is just like it.

The color is near clear. There is little ginjo aroma. There is little acidity and little raw material aroma. It is soft and light. It is good as a food sake, and can be served cold or with well-flavored foods, including simmered dishes. When the temperature is set to room temperature, it becomes more alcoholic.

A 30-minute, single-serve drinking contest! I've got some errands to run later, so I can't get the log up. I'll post the rest later today! I have about 5 more to go...! (lol) No aroma. When you take a sip, it tastes like a light grain rice flavor. The acidity seems to blend in. The fresh texture is summery. The astringency comes afterwards, and the taste is clean and crisp. It is a refreshing yet delicious sake. 4/5 stars for my favorite.

Junmai Daiginjo Banshu 50 It starts with a ginjo aroma and has a round sweet umami flavor that is not assertive, and is very tasty as a cold sake during a meal.
