As soon as I arrived there, I started looking for Masamune and found it 🤩. It's sake 🍶. It has a crisp, Hakka-like aroma. It is also very refreshing on the throat. The umami of the rice is subdued, and then there is a subdued sweetness and an equally subdued acidity. Overall, it has a light and simple taste 😙. It is probably best suited as a food sake 🍶. I had been wanting to drink this for a long time and got a bottle of "Ousai Macho" from Makino Shuzo.... This is a good sake. ❣️ It has strength and acidity that is typical of a sake brewed from a traditional sake yeast stock, and the aging process has given it a round umami taste. At home. This is the last in the Shiga Sake series. It has a gorgeous aroma, sweetness and acidity in the mouth, and a very refreshing taste that finishes with a light bitterness. I had three kinds of Shiga Sake, Taga, Laughing Season, and Nikkoku-Tsuchisei, and I would like to try the other kinds again.
