Chiba's local sake 🍶 I had bought it in early spring touring 🏍️... forgot about it... I was thinking of a traditional mellow dry taste... .... I forgot about it...I thought it was a hybrid of old-fashioned and modern...not much aroma...the mouthfeel has the old-fashioned mellow, mellow, umami taste.... It's delicious 😋 Hey...it's a good food sake 🍶 and delicious 😋! This one! I feel it's evolving and deepening...delicious 😋.

My favorite local sake from MinamibosoThe drink has a light amber color and a faint aroma of Yamada Nishiki rice. You can feel the flavor of the rice. It's mellow, sweet and bitter, and it's fun to sip on it.

Today, I decided to have a little taste. This is Chiba Prefecture's Kobin. This is the second time. This time, it was decadent and raw, so I picked it up. The taste is classic but thin. It was too little to sense the others.

Junmai 🍶. Hot sake. about 55 degrees. ♨️ Sweet umami. Slightly dry aftertaste, not mellow. Mellow and gentle. ☺️ My wife says it's like a rice ball 🍙. Full of rice flavor. choinomi KATSU@Takasaki station 20240204

It's a little bit more expensive, but It's a very elegant, sweet drink! It's kind of like the sweetness of a muscat! It's 500ml, so it'll be drunk in no time!

It's foamy! I'm sure it's just cider or something. Mild sweetness, or is it the sweetness of the cage? Clear aftertaste! It's delicious 😋.

(*´ч ` *)🍶🍶🍶🍶 I just came back from a trip today and had a glass of Yumezou, a local sake 😀. It's full of flavor and a little dry 😊It has a nice crisp aftertaste and a nice sharp taste 😚. It's also good to drink the sake you bought on your trip while thinking about which one to drink first 🚗🥳.

Rice used is unknown Pale gold color, but without much sense of maturity. Slightly light, with strong acidity. It is rather sweet. It has a sharp, clean aftertaste, so you won't get tired of drinking it. The umami flavor also comes through with a zing, making it a deeply flavored sake. The 87th cup of sake

This sake brewery is located in Terauchi-machi, Kashihara City, where my parents live, and has been around since the Warring States Period. It was a delicious sake with a robust rice flavor, the very definition of sake.

Nara's local sake is often mellow. This may be a little early for me, as I am a peppy person. I will have it again after I rise to the occasion.

Shirakiku Aged Sake Honjozo 15-16% 70% 1.8ml It is like a plum wine with a moderate sweetness. It has a peculiar taste. And it has the maximum seme feeling. There are days when you can enjoy it, and other days when your body can't handle the peculiarity. This kind of sake should be heated. Yes, I can handle it this way. But as it gets to room temperature, it gets more and more peculiar. I wonder how long this sake has been aged. If it has been aged for a long time, it should be written on the label. I tried to check the brewery's information, but it went bankrupt! They went bankrupt! It's a good thing I went to the brewery last. It's a pity, because the Junmai Genzake was a delicious sake with a good price. Rating 3.5 (out of 5.0) 20240301

It is a new brand of Maruishi Brewery, famous for its ni rabbit. The first aroma is faintly sweet. When you take it into your mouth, you will taste umami and sweetness with a deep, mild acidity. It has a lingering mild umami taste, and it finishes gradually. The mild acidity of the sake is accented by the mellow acidity of the sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast.

Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake🍶. A little yellow. Mellow ☺️. As the name suggests, it's round 😅. A little schwar✨. Sweet and fruity. Between melon and pear 🍈. Matches well with thick fried tofu👍When paired with shime saba (mackerel), it's tangy and spicy. The smell does not spread and it is delicious. Lactic acidic. So it's from the sake brewery of Nisato🐇🤔. Purchased at Iida Sake Shop @ Shiki, drinking at home 20230721

9.3 The aroma is subdued, with a gentle sweet aroma derived from rice. Medium sweetness spreads in the mouth. It is not very fruity, but if one were to say, it is melon and lychee-like. The finish is clean with a trace of alcohol and a subtle bitterness that does not touch the palate. It is easy to drink and delicious as a light dry sake.

8.5 points (Wife 8.5 points) Sake Brewer : Ohga Shuzo, Chikushino City, Fukuoka Prefecture (Fukuoka Prefecture's oldest brewery) Rice : Yamadanishiki produced in Fukuoka Prefecture Rice polishing ratio : 60 Alcohol percentage : 16 Sake Degree : Undisclosed Acidity : Not disclosed A gift from a friend in Fukuoka who came to Fukuoka Airport to see me off (purchased at Todoroki Sake Shop). Slightly melon-like finish The same subdued, fruity aroma as the first sip, with a hint of vanilla and a hint of azuki beans, soft sweetness and umami of rice spreading with a refreshing acidity, and finishing gently with a hint of bitterness and a slight spiciness from the alcohol. Elegant and well-balanced, it is easy to pair with meals, and is also delicious on its own. My friend's nickname is Tama-chan and his wife's maiden name is Izumi, so he chose this sake as a pun. It went well with Italian-style grilled salmon with foil, stewed sweet potato, chilled tofu, and squid cod roe.

The oldest sake brewery in Fukuoka, Ohga Shuzo, has created a GABAGABAHEY raw sake. At the first sip, the fresh and rich rice flavor typical of nama-shu spreads. It is certainly a sake that you might drink with the governor (^-^), and it is delicious. It seems to be a limited sake, so if you are interested, please come early~.

The fourth cup is a "Tamadezumi" unpasteurized sake! (First picture, left side) The sweetness is even richer than the previous "Ooga Unfiltered Nama"! However, as you savor it, the acidity and pungency slowly come from the back, along with a hint of shiitake mushroom-like aroma. The coffee milk-like aftertaste is impressive ✨.

Today, I went shopping at Naritasan Shinsho-ji Temple. And by the way? I thought I'd buy some sake. Chomei-sen! The name is good luck! I had no choice but to buy it. I thought, "I have no choice but to buy it! I want to cherish my good luck! I took it home and opened the bottle, thinking I would drink it as it was cold there. No blowout. First, the supernatant. I could feel some acidity. After that, I stirred it well, poured it into a glass, and drank it! It is sweet! As soon as you think that, it goes from dry to sharp. And then the four-pack was gone.

While the children were away, my wife and I made a hasty decision to go out for a short visit to Narita-san. I am not sure if we visited Mt. Narita on the way to the shrine or on the way to Mt. Narita...but at any rate, the 800-meter-long approach to the shrine is lined with stores of various sizes, making our hearts dance. First, the smoke lured us in, and we toasted with 🍺 while smacking our lips over the local specialty, eel-jyu (eel stew). It might have been a nuisance for Fudo-san to see us after such a long day, but I am sure it must have brought him some good luck. On the way home, I bought a modest bottle of sake No. 2 as a souvenir from Chomeisen, Narita's only sake brewery. It was a rather classical ginjo, easy to drink without any peculiarities, but in other words, it was not memorable. I was a bit reluctant to buy a bottle of the summer-only nama-shu, but I had a reason to go back to Narita...so I'll take it as a good thing. Sowaka.
