This is a Saturday story. We moved on from Ojinja Shrine. We arrived at Imai-cho, where the old townscape remains. We mainly went for a walk, but of course we stopped by Kawai Sake Brewery! This building is also full of nostalgic atmosphere. I had my autograph pen at the ready, hoping to have a chance to meet the brewer. But, no luck. No one was there. The tasting fee is only available during peak season," he said. In the end, we bought only a cup of sake and left the brewery. I had a cup of sake! Yes, it is delicious! It has a classic flavor, but it's clean and non-habitual. It also tastes a little sweet. It was gone in no time at all. This looks like it would go great with food.

It was time for a very late lunch. The long-awaited Nagashi Somen! All tables are equipped with a circular Nagashi Somen machine. It must be Instagram-worthy! We laughed at this! Since we were there, we had some sake. Nara sake is on the menu. I ordered "Unebi," a name I didn't know. Oh, it's a sake from Mr. Izumio~! It's Naminami Monokiri. Thank you! It's a solid sake! Goes well with tempura. Local sake is the best! After this, we moved to Imai-cho. I was surprised to see that the station I got off at was Unebi station. I was surprised to get off at Unebi station.

(*´ч ` *)🍶🍶🍶🍶 I just came back from a trip today and had a glass of Yumezou, a local sake 😀. It's full of flavor and a little dry 😊It has a nice crisp aftertaste and a nice sharp taste 😚. It's also good to drink the sake you bought on your trip while thinking about which one to drink first 🚗🥳.

Rice used is unknown Pale gold color, but without much sense of maturity. Slightly light, with strong acidity. It is rather sweet. It has a sharp, clean aftertaste, so you won't get tired of drinking it. The umami flavor also comes through with a zing, making it a deeply flavored sake. The 87th cup of sake

Warm Sake
This sake was a gift from a junior colleague (son of a liquor store owner). It has been a long time since I've had a classic, THE old man's dry sake. There is a sweetness of rice in the back, and it is refreshing. Not bad. After the sweet and juicy sake, we had a glass of So-no-Sato. Not bad. I've only been at work for a little while after the new year, but the three-day weekend is wearing on me. Sake heals me 😄.

It was a gift from a junior colleague at work. I received it last year and remember that it had quite a punchy 🤜 flavor. It has a faint smell of cemedine, and a somewhat chemical 🧪 atmosphere in the mouth, but it has a nice, clean taste that doesn't interfere with the meal 😊. It's only 3 days old and it's getting sweeter and tastier 🙌 I got it in a bottle, so I'm thinking of trying some heated sake with ✖️ on the back label 🧐.

The rice used is Yamadanishiki. The rice polishing ratio is 35%, is it the flagship sake of the brewery? It has a solid ginjo aroma, and while it is basically light and dry, it also has a mild sweetness. There is little miscellaneous taste and the mouthfeel is good. The aftertaste has a good accent of alcohol and a solid flavor. Overall, it is a good sake with a cohesive taste that makes you realize again that the alcoholic version is better for the Daiginjo class.

Today, I went shopping at Naritasan Shinsho-ji Temple. And by the way? I thought I'd buy some sake. Chomei-sen! The name is good luck! I had no choice but to buy it. I thought, "I have no choice but to buy it! I want to cherish my good luck! I took it home and opened the bottle, thinking I would drink it as it was cold there. No blowout. First, the supernatant. I could feel some acidity. After that, I stirred it well, poured it into a glass, and drank it! It is sweet! As soon as you think that, it goes from dry to sharp. And then the four-pack was gone.

8.5 points (Wife 8.5 points) Sake Brewer : Ohga Shuzo, Chikushino City, Fukuoka Prefecture (Fukuoka Prefecture's oldest brewery) Rice : Yamadanishiki produced in Fukuoka Prefecture Rice polishing ratio : 60 Alcohol percentage : 16 Sake Degree : Undisclosed Acidity : Not disclosed A gift from a friend in Fukuoka who came to Fukuoka Airport to see me off (purchased at Todoroki Sake Shop). Slightly melon-like finish The same subdued, fruity aroma as the first sip, with a hint of vanilla and a hint of azuki beans, soft sweetness and umami of rice spreading with a refreshing acidity, and finishing gently with a hint of bitterness and a slight spiciness from the alcohol. Elegant and well-balanced, it is easy to pair with meals, and is also delicious on its own. My friend's nickname is Tama-chan and his wife's maiden name is Izumi, so he chose this sake as a pun. It went well with Italian-style grilled salmon with foil, stewed sweet potato, chilled tofu, and squid cod roe.

The oldest sake brewery in Fukuoka, Ohga Shuzo, has created a GABAGABAHEY raw sake. At the first sip, the fresh and rich rice flavor typical of nama-shu spreads. It is certainly a sake that you might drink with the governor (^-^), and it is delicious. It seems to be a limited sake, so if you are interested, please come early~.

The fourth cup is a "Tamadezumi" unpasteurized sake! (First picture, left side) The sweetness is even richer than the previous "Ooga Unfiltered Nama"! However, as you savor it, the acidity and pungency slowly come from the back, along with a hint of shiitake mushroom-like aroma. The coffee milk-like aftertaste is impressive ✨.

After a moment of sweetness, spiciness and sourness come at once. The assertiveness is modest, so it may be suitable as a food sake. I noticed after drinking 4 kinds of sake that I may not like the unique flavor common to all the sake breweries here.

It is sweeter than the other Shugetsu wines I've had. It is refreshing and fruity, but a little peculiar. The rice is probably Yamadanishiki. It is fruity and on the sweet side, but not fruity. This costs over 1000 yen for 300ml....

There is no description on the 300ml bottle, but according to the official website, it seems to be called Shiboritate Nama-nihan-shu. It has a good balance of sweet and spicy and is easy to drink. It is truly exquisite. I think it is similar to the Shiroshika Classics Limited Nama-Nihan-shu. It's definitely better than the first unfiltered draft I opened.

Purchased in Nerima Ward, Tokyo ♪ Alcohol content@16 Sake degree @ Undisclosed Acidity @ Undisclosed Rice used: Undisclosed Rice Polishing Ratio@Undisclosed Personal Recommendation@3.8/5.0 Fusui is the third brand of Igarashi Shuzo following Tenranzan and Igarashi. ❣️ A fire-brewed, undiluted blend of the three Junmai Daiginjo, Junmai Ginjo and Junmai Sake in the Fusui series 😍. Now Igarashi Sake Brewery is complete 😝. It's not a draft sake, but it needs to be refrigerated, but it's delicious warmed up too ❓❓❓❓ but I can't drink heated sake on this hot day, so I'll drink it chilled to a crisp. ✌️ The aroma is mild but apple-like. It's not gassy at all. Igarashi is known for its gasiness when pumped directly from the bottle. It has a slight sweetness in the mouth 👄. And a slight bitterness that spreads 👄. This is a well-balanced sake, It doesn't have any outstanding characteristics, but as a food sake, I would give it an acceptable score. ✌️
