I drank it cold. It was served with fried cabbage with shellfish oil. It's a refreshing sake that goes well with anything. It seems to go well with everything. I would easily repeat this bottle again.
100% Yamadanishiki produced in Mie Prefecture
Full-bodied and full of flavor
Well-balanced with a good sharpness
After drinking a couple of glasses cold
I heated it up and it was perfect!
Even the ginjo-nama looks great warmed up!
Walking around the brewery 24
After walking about 4 km from Ishikawa Brewery, we arrived at Maruhiko Brewery, which brews Mie-no-Kanbai 😀 I told the brewer about the impression I had received at the hotel in Tsu yesterday and he was pleased to see me.
I told the brewer about my impression of the sake I had received at the hotel in Tsu yesterday, and he was very pleased and gave me some glass containers and labels from when they used to sell sake in cups.
I decided to buy myself a souvenir of the brewery's limited edition sake😇.
I bought this cup of sake as a souvenir for myself on a trip to Ise-Shima.
It is light and dry and goes down smoothly without being boring or peculiar. 🙆♂️
It was delicious!
Speaking of Kanme, Koshino Kanme, this is Mie's Kanme. I looked it up again, and it seems that there are several Kanme in the world.
It has a mild yet fruity aroma.
The mouthfeel is slightly smooth and silky,
Mellow and light,
with a hint of sweetness,
It has a slightly astringent and rich flavor with a dry aftertaste,
Delicious!

Mie Prefecture's "Mie-no-Kanbai" booth.
Mie-no-Kanbai Summer Sake
A slightly punchy summer sake with a thicker taste than most summer sake, which is often refreshing and light.
Junmai Ginjyo Kamiho (Junmai Ginjo Kamiho)
It has a complex flavor, from umami and bitterness to miscellaneous flavors, and is a little dryer than other sake.
Mie-no-Kanbai Junmai Ginjo Dry
This sake won a gold medal at a hot sake heating contest. It can be served cold or hot. It is clear and has no sweetness, and although it is spicy, it is easy to drink.
It is drier than Kami no Ho, but I like it.
I asked him if he had a local brand called Ise Masamune and if it was available today. I asked him, and he was surprised and pleased that I knew.
