I met this year's new sake at a sake event in Yokohama.
I tasted it at the event and was so surprised at how good it tasted that I bought it!
The umami and alcohol taste spread in the mouth immediately.
It has a very good balance of umami and alcohol.
The impact of the raw sake was great, but the hi-ire sake is also great!

The booth of Maruhiko Sake Brewery Co. and Mie-no-Kanbai.
The rain was heavy here too, but the brewery seemed to be okay since it is located near Komono-cho in Yokkaichi City.
This company also had no special distributor in Osaka.
There was also a lineup of collaboration sake from Kingdom and Godzilla. Apparently, it was because Godzilla first landed in Mie.
Junmai Ginjo Mie-no-Kanbai Hiyoroshi
A hiyaoroshi sake. It has a mild flavor and a slight dryness that is typical of hiyaoroshi sake.

Slightly sweet and umami, with a good balance on the palate. It has a slight sweetness and umami.
The rice price is high this year, so they are planning to reduce the production.

I returned to work on this day, but I was tired from all the work I had to take care of, such as dealing with a tour of the facility by the Osaka Prefectural Police 🤣.
The sake that soothed me on such a day was a non-vintage sake from Mie-no-Kanbai.
This sake was given to me as a reward for volunteering at the Spring Japanese Sake Festival 😀.
The brewery donated a bottle of sake, so we all played rock-paper-scissors-scissors 😀.
I'm not usually good at rock-paper-scissors-scissors, but on this day, I was lucky enough to win 😇
The specs are completely undisclosed, but it was brewed as a vintage sake, so it has a rich sweet and umami base that melts away nicely😇.
It was a great experience for my body, which is still not in its best shape yet 😀.
