Sake served with Inari Sushi
Soft aroma of rice and mild sweetness
The color of the liquid is just a hint of color.
It has a juicy flavor and is easy to drink!
The sweetness of inari is not as strong as the sweetness of inari, but the sweetness is not as strong as the sweetness of inari, but you can still taste the richness of the umami.
Japanese sake festival
Junmai-shu, but with a 49% polishing ratio, giving it Ginjo-shu quality.
I feel it's a lesser-known brand, but the moderately fruity Ginjo aroma makes it excellent for enjoying during a meal.
Japanease Sake Subscription Service October at my parents' house.
It's the kind that has a great flavor and sake feel, dry and drinkable all the time. When I drink it at my parents' house, we almost always have grilled meat, and it goes well with it. I mean, I think sake goes with everything 😆.
Thanks again for the food this month 🙏.
It is outstandingly delicious with its junmai-like flavor and the clean sweetness of hiyaoroshi (grated sake).
We had it with yakitori (grilled chicken), but it can also be served with akitogi, yakisoba (fried noodles), and okonomiyaki (okonomiyaki).
The price of 1,000 yen is also very reasonable.
I visited the Endo Sake Brewery on my way back to Japan and was recommended this sake.
It seems to have won first place in the Endo Sake Brewery's sake-tasting contest.
Polishing ratio 49@%.
It is very easy to drink. It is like a white wine.
Delicious.
I opened the bottle on a perfectly ordinary day 😅.
