It is a delicious sake with a gentle and delicious flavor that you will never get tired of drinking 😚👍. Long time no post! Took me a while to drink 2 squares 🤣. I bought it at my usual Marunaka Ohashi Shoten. I let it sleep in the refrigerator. The price was 1,396 yen (720ml) I'll be back soon! I love the fruity scent💕. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's worth it. It's a good sake that's easy to drink, but you can still taste the sweetness and flavor of the rice. It's a dangerous sake for someone like me who is weak in alcohol. Today's pairing is Daikon and Chicken Teriyaki. It's good as a single item, but it's also recommended as a sake for a meal. Hiyaoroshi is the best👍.

Next was the Ryusen Yaezakura Junmai Sake Takumi no Omachi. Compared to the Yamada-Nishiki we drank earlier, the taste is a little more robust. The aroma is almost imperceptible, but the sweetness and umami of the flavor is stronger than that of Yamadanishiki. Purchased at Vinos Yamazaki in Kyoto after buying Daina at a liquor store in Saiin After this, I went back to the liquor store on the 2nd floor of the Yaichi main building and to Takimoto - Isetan 😊. I really wanted the Vinos limited edition Isoboast, but the date was a year ago, so I avoided it💦. It's also February 24 😅. I thought about how to read "kunika", "kokka", etc... but when I looked it up, it's "kokkou". Reminds me of Cocco for my generation 🤔. Drink at room temperature. It's lightly colored. It's been almost a year, but there's no sense of aging. It has a classical flavor and a little lactic acidity, but it's still light and refreshing. I'd like to try some of their raw sake, though I didn't have any this time. Like Isobojiman, I think Shizuoka sake is a good choice for me 🤔. I was saddened to hear that this brewery is already out of business 😿.

I drank it last year and enjoyed it so much I bought it again. Personally, it is my favorite new sake along with "Akagisan"✨. When you open the bottle and pour it, the aroma is crisp and gorgeous, like pears. The mouthfeel is light and immediately afterwards there is a solid gassy feeling. It's as shwashy as a carbonated beverage! Dry and clean on the palate, with pear and green apple flavors that are gorgeous and fresh. There is a hint of sweetness, so it is not only dry, but also well balanced. The astringent taste comes in the last half of the bottle and finishes it all off, so it is a delicious wine with a perfect ending! The sun is setting later and later, and we can feel the approach of spring. It's still early, but I'm looking forward to this year's spring sakes!

A gift from Sawanoizumi The Jun Dai I drank before was a Miyagi sake, beautifully light and dry, and I felt (selfishly) the earnestness of the toji (master brewer). I had an image of a modest, but firm, light, dry Kura. And then there is this special pure Sawanoizumi. It does not have much of a topping aroma, but the mouthfeel is surprisingly sweet and umami!
