Japanese Sake Fest @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) The effect of oak barrels, or something quite close to whiskey, but the mellowness and acidity of sake is also alive! I know it's just my imagination, but I feel it's similar to the whiskey akashi. Of course, if I didn't know any better, I wouldn't have thought so. I also had a bottle of Junmai Namae in the heated sake corner, but my memory is a little fuzzy on whether or not my brain was getting the alcohol when I got here! I do remember that it was meant to be heated, but that's about it.

Next was the Ryusen Yaezakura Junmai Sake Takumi no Omachi. Compared to the Yamada-Nishiki we drank earlier, the taste is a little more robust. The aroma is almost imperceptible, but the sweetness and umami of the flavor is stronger than that of Yamadanishiki. I was full of anticipation, wondering what this sake, which won first place in the Governor's Award, would taste like! I went to the brewery and asked them about it, and they told me that they will start selling it next week. I am looking forward to it! It was delicious! (^o^) P.S. Smells like walnuts? Gorgeous cemedine, smell of alcohol after some time. Mild mouthfeel, then sweetness like three warm sugar, light pungency, aging aroma, as you swallow, the taste becomes milder, and gradually bitter from sweetness. Alcohol 20%, well 20% is intoxicating.

This is delicious. I sent a bottle of Yamagata wine to my cousin who lives in Nagoya, and this is my return gift. I'm satisfied with this sake because it has the feeling I like. It's good at room temperature. It rides softly on the tongue with a sweetness that flows easily. I like Halley's Comet.

I'm going to try a popular version that I haven't had very often at this restaurant. The smell of rice is strong, like cooked rice. The sweetness is quite moderate, as indicated by the dry description. The texture is tight. Aromatic rice flavor and sharp acidity. The rice flavor is not quite dry, but it has a voluminous flavor. Somewhat amino acidic flavor, almost filmy. Grain aroma at the end. It would go well with miso cucumber, or pork stewed in square cubes because it has a good slice of fat. (I ordered a highball first. I ordered the curry flavored chicken cutlet, it doesn't go well with it. A high-cost, spicy and tasty food wine. It may be served at different temperatures. It was cold and I wanted to drink heated sake, so I bought this sake. It reminded me of the unique impression I had when I drank it once upon a time. I drank it warmed up, but the acidity stood out without much umami. Sasanishiki is a light rice that does not have much sweetness, so I think it is a dry sake without much sweetness. I would have liked a little more umami.

A gift from Sawanoizumi The Jun Dai I drank before was a Miyagi sake, beautifully light and dry, and I felt (selfishly) the earnestness of the toji (master brewer). I had an image of a modest, but firm, light, dry Kura. And then there is this special pure Sawanoizumi. It does not have much of a topping aroma, but the mouthfeel is surprisingly sweet and umami! It is sweet to the level of the Hitakami, and the robust umami is also very tasty! It has a light acidity and bitterness, followed by a refreshing sharpness. It's good! This is good! The price is relatively cheap, about 1300 yen for a four-pack, but it is convincing enough! Ishikoshi Brewery. I underestimated you. Sorry about that. Long time no post! Took me a while to drink 2 squares 🤣. I bought it at my usual Marunaka Ohashi Shoten. I let it sleep in the refrigerator. The price was 1,396 yen (720ml) I'll be back soon! I love the fruity scent💕. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's worth it. It's a good sake that's easy to drink, but you can still taste the sweetness and flavor of the rice. It's a dangerous sake for someone like me who is weak in alcohol. Today's pairing is Daikon and Chicken Teriyaki. It's good as a single item, but it's also recommended as a sake for a meal. Hiyaoroshi is the best👍.

I bought it at the Aeon system big. This is the first time I've had an Aomori sake. It's sweet but easy to drink. It's delicious. I'm happy to pay about 1,000 yen for a 720ml bottle.

Aomori's sake is hard to find locally🥺 I thought I'd have to go out of the prefecture or poke around, but my wife bought some at a department store that the clerk recommended. It's a limited edition sake made by Momokawa, a sake brewery near Hachinohe, using "Mashigura" rice grown in Oirase town and fermented at low temperature for a long time. When we drank it chilled, my wife and I said, "Wow, this is delicious 😆 ". Fruity, light and elegantly sweet😍. It's similar to the Mimuro Sugi's Grazie Airdio that we drank recently. It's easy to drink, even though it's over 17 degrees alcohol. There are many other good sakes in Aomori 👏 besides Denshu, Hassen and Toyoupai.

I bought it because of the cool bottle, the lettering, and the phrase "cold brewed, Shiboritate limited edition"! It's a freshly squeezed new sake that's only available once a year 💓. Right after opening the bottle, it's super fresh ⚡️I'd say it's light and dry, but still nenne and not enough 😅. On the second day, the richness comes out. On the third day or so, I think the sweet aroma finally started to stand out ✨But by that time I only had one more batch left 🤣. The result was a type that was hard to open, but I enjoyed it 🕺🎵.
