Purchased at a sake brewery
Acidic, tangy and dry in the distance
Spiciness increases as the temperature rises.
Very heavy and drinkable

Shake it before drinking.
It wakes up the sleeping yeast and makes it tingle. Please drink it while chilling.
Label description: "Pressed carefully without pressurization, leaving natural residues. It has a gentle aroma of banana and grapes. A special cup created by the slightest hint of residues when you touch the bottle."
Refreshing minty scent 🌿.
Light and refreshing🎵
Sour and slightly sweet 😋.
Lingering bitterness comes later 😋⚡️
Mild when warmed 😃.
Sourness becomes more pronounced: 👍️
The second half of the bottle disappears at once 😲.
A short trip to Boso during summer vacation.
We stopped by Inahana Sake Brewery, a small sake brewery in Chonan Town.
I asked, "Is there any sake that can only be bought here?" The brewer recommended this one,
They recommended this one.
🌸 Junmai Ginjo Minnezakura Unfiltered Nama Zume Genshu
100% Gohyakumangoku produced in Chonan-cho, Chiba Prefecture
Yeast: K1401
Alcohol content: 17%.
The cherry blossoms in Nomine Park in Chonan-cho were used for the name and label.
The aroma is full and slightly melon-like.
The mouthfeel is slightly sharp, with a balanced mid-palate that is more umami,
The aftertaste is mainly dry and slightly astringent, with a lingering impression.
🏕️ With seafood BBQ at a glamping event...
It was a perfect match with scallops and turban shells from Kujukuri!
Sake that can only be found in a travel destination and air that can only be experienced in a travel destination.
I realized that this is the true pleasure of "local sake and local snacks".

Purchased at a sake brewery Flat rice polishing
Very soft on the palate
Dry and crisp
Pair with white sashimi
As you recommended!
It goes well with sea bream sashimi.
It has the same tone.
I enjoy it very much as a food wine.

Sweet ripe thick and withered. Guts. It's amazing that they were able to produce the ripe and withering sensation in the raw. Astringent grapes. Acid umami. Complex, whiskey-like enjoyment. 92 points

It was a gift at the beginning of the year.
I remember drinking it for the first time last year and it was very tasty.
This year is no different, with a fresh, slightly sweet flavor that goes well with refreshing food.
(Today, I had kamaboko as a snack.)
Japanese sweets made with azuki beans would also go well with this drink!
I hope we can drink it again next year!

Delicious 😋.
You can feel the mellowness of the sake and the deliciousness of the rice!
It's not a food sake, but a sake to be enjoyed with a little bit of wine!
I want to buy it again.
Inahana sake suits me. I want to try another one. It makes me feel like that ^_^.
Chiba Prefecture! There are many good sake! (I am not from Chiba Prefecture)
Now, Inahana Sake Brewery. It is a small sake brewery in Joso Ichinomiya, but they do not sell their sake to outside customers! It may look like you are not allowed to enter the premises of the brewery, but you can enter without any problem.
The sake we tried this time. At the moment of drinking, you may feel that the sake is a bit thin. But after a little while, the sake's delicious flavor and sweetness come to the surface! Interesting! It seems that this sake is not widely available, but if you have a chance to try it, please do so!
There was also another sake that was twice as tasty if you shook the bottle after drinking it normally! I'll have to buy some next time,
