Shizuoka Business Trip Part ㉔
Last week, on my way back from Mishima, I stopped by Nagashima-san in Numazu and bought some sake from Kunika Sake Brewery.
The aroma is refreshing and clean 🤔. 🤔In the mouth
Beautiful and soft 😊Refreshing acidity and a good umami taste 😚👍and it's a delicious sake that I never get tired of drinking 🥳.
Purchased at Vinos Yamazaki in Kyoto after buying Daina at a liquor store in Saiin
After this, I went back to the liquor store on the 2nd floor of the Yaichi main building and to Takimoto - Isetan 😊.
I really wanted the Vinos limited edition Isoboast, but the date was a year ago, so I avoided it💦.
It's also February 24 😅.
I thought about how to read "kunika", "kokka", etc... but when I looked it up, it's "kokkou".
Reminds me of Cocco for my generation 🤔.
Drink at room temperature. It's lightly colored.
It's been almost a year, but there's no sense of aging. It has a classical flavor and a little lactic acidity, but it's still light and refreshing. I'd like to try some of their raw sake, though I didn't have any this time.
Like Isobojiman, I think Shizuoka sake is a good choice for me 🤔.
I was saddened to hear that this brewery is already out of business 😿.
Hi bouken 🐦.
Isoboast was old 😢I drank it too by any chance... 😱I guess it's not rotating well 🤔.
So much sad and sad news 😢I'll get the sake if it's still available😊.
Hello Pon-chan ☀☀☀
It's a honjozo and even if it's a year old, it's probably ok from a sake quality point of view 🤔...
Seems like a lot of breweries are going out of business silently 😥.
Kunika also had other products lined up in the fridge 😊.
I have had it, but this will be my first post on sakewa.
I had an image of Kunika as light and dry, but it has a sweetness with a banana🍌 feel.
It also has a melon-like melon sensation after a day. It has a very good balance and is good as a food sake or a light snack for dinner.
A stable Shizuoka sake 🍶.
national glory
Slightly yellow. Hot. Alcohol smell, sharp. Dry. Goes well with sashimi.
Purchased at a sake brewery.
The exterior of the brewery looks like a house. There is no signboard, so we got a little lost. I enjoy visiting sake breweries.
