I bought it because of the cool bottle, the lettering, and the phrase "cold brewed, Shiboritate limited edition"!
It's a freshly squeezed new sake that's only available once a year 💓.
Right after opening the bottle, it's super fresh ⚡️I'd say it's light and dry, but still nenne and not enough 😅.
On the second day, the richness comes out.
On the third day or so, I think the sweet aroma finally started to stand out ✨But by that time I only had one more batch left 🤣.
The result was a type that was hard to open, but I enjoyed it 🕺🎵.
