Tatsusen is a first. The rice called "Kyo no Hana No.1" is also new to me. The name alone might make you think it is Kyoto rice😅.
It seems to be a phantom rice revived by the Tatsusen brewery. Is the aroma a little peculiar? It has a beautiful and elegant fruity taste. It's hard to describe its complexity. It is a light sake. The third shot was Tatsuzumi, Sashiu-san's gift sake.
