I took it out of the fridge and opened the bottle. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not, but it's a good thing. The flavor of the rice and the pleasant acidity. When the temperature is raised, the flavor and acidity are more assertive than right after opening the bottle. It says that it goes well with Japanese cuisine, and I think this is true.
