The aroma is mild and pear ✨😊😊The mouthfeel is light with a beautiful sweetness and umami 😚It also has a nice acidity and sharpness 😘It is sweet and umami but has a clean aftertaste 🥰This is a delicious sake😍This is a perfect strike👍👍👍 It's a sweet and tasty sake that is dangerous to drink ✨🥳🥳.

[Fukui Spring New Sake Festival (9) The event was coming to an end with a series of sake from Ishikawa. We decided to try something a little different and had a drink here 🍶. Hayaseura Special Junmai Sake "Umi-no-Otoko This is an old sake that has been stored in the brewery for 3 years and was served warmed 😁. The aroma of rice flavor, the gentle texture on the tongue, the impact of the flavor at the back of the throat, the warm aftertaste of heated sake, and the bitter taste at the back of the throat at the end........ It is a "man of the sea" respecting fishermen who work at sea, and I feel that it is strongly made to go well with local fatty seafood and salty preserved food 😋. The entrée sold out unexpectedly quickly, so I emptied it before I could check its true value💦.

(The best way to get the most out of this product is to visit 🍶🍶🍶🍶 I bought this at a liquor store on my way back from a visit to a grave in Fukui Prefecture 🙋I bought it because it was reviewed on youtube by Ishikawa's world famous Hoshitaro. I took it out of the fridge and opened the bottle. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not, but it's a good thing. The flavor of the rice and the pleasant acidity. When the temperature is raised, the flavor and acidity are more assertive than right after opening the bottle. It says that it goes well with Japanese cuisine, and I think this is true. It is a good food sake that does not interfere with food. Sari seems to go well with rice crispy rice 😀.

The sweetness and umami that is typical of "Sari" and the clean acidity finish off the duck's flavor and fat with a good aftertaste. I had a course, a la carte and various other dishes, all of them were very delicious and the price was very reasonable for the quality of the food, so I found a good restaurant ✨I will have to go back in the future

Kashima Shrine, Ikisu Shrine, Katori Shrine I visited and bought from the three shrines of Eastern Japan! This time we got Katori! Junmai Natural Sake 80 I've never tasted sake like this before! The first bottle we opened at the beginning of the New Year was a bottle of "Fuku Chitose Namae Junmai Dry Taste" brewed with the prefecture's original sake rice "Sakahomare", which was grown in Fukui. This is the third time this season that sake made with Sakahomare has been brewed. This time we changed things up a bit and bought a bottle of Kuromatsu Kenrishi❣️, which we fell in love with at first sight because of the shape of the bottle and the coolness of the label. I had it lukewarm with my homemade oden🍢🙏. It's also good that you can heat up the whole bottle in a ding-dong! It has a bit of an alcoholic aroma, but I don't mind it too much. This is my first time drinking Etsukaijin. As the label clearly states. Sake degree +10 degrees, alcohol level is around 18 degrees. It has a thick and rich taste. It is well-balanced with a touch of sharpness. It is a brand that I would like to follow for a while. In order to conquer the whole country This is one of the bottles that I chose while hesitating in Kagawa prefecture which was empty.
