Chochin purchased in Hamamatsu last month. It was my first brand 🔰. It was also my first time to drink sake from Aichi even though we are neighboring prefectures 😓. When poured into a glass, it looks thick and smooth. The mouthfeel is full-bodied and satisfying. It's a mellow umami-kuchi type 🎶 with a good kick from the acidity, so it's very easy to drink. It is not hard to drink because it has a nice sharpness with acidity. It is not difficult to drink.

Tonight, our first series of this brand from Oshu City, Iwate Prefecture. Okuroku Junmai Ginjo-shu Namahashime Unite 2023BY✨. The aroma is a mild, almost odorless barb 🌿 The taste has a pleasant acidity and sweetness on the attack, with a nice, nourishing umami flavor. I bought it in Kumamoto during my Shikoku - Kyushu - Kinki trip last year. It was a brand I wanted to try at least once, and I was so happy that I let it sit for more than a year.
