A gift from my brother at home the other day. It was chilly, so I paired it with pork shabu-shabu. It was a little high at 17%, so I tasted it slowly at first and then served it on the rocks in the latter half of the bottle. I enjoyed the mildness of the wine.

@sakebar Fukuzo This is the last sake I drank at Fukuzo 🍶. For those of you who think "how much have you had to drink? I think so too😅. The first aroma is sweet with classic acidity. It has a full-bodied sweet flavor with a hint of acidity on the palate. It's also a great costumed honjozo that doesn't make you feel like it's been soaked in alcohol 😋. It was delicious 🍶✨. Gorgeous ginjo aroma. It has a clean, light and beautiful sweetness. Although it is jungin, the taste is so beautiful that you would think it is daiginjo. Is it because it is made by hanging it in a bag? It is delicious, but maybe too elegant. It would have been better if it had a little more umami.

This sake is limited to two liquor stores, one in Sakai and the other in Kishiwada. Hakkeikubiki is a series of the eight blessings of Kakizaki: sun, water, earth, sky, wind, trees, snow, and people. This is wind. Come to think of it, it was windy in Kakizaki. This is the second bottle from the Sake Rice Study Group. The sake rice is locally grown Koshitanrei. The aroma is light, but has the gorgeous flavor of a daiginjo. The taste is very broad. It is delicious.
