The Inoue Sake Brewery in Oita, located on the border with Fukuoka Prefecture, is a brewery with a long history. Named after Ms. Yuri Inoue, the only female toji in the prefecture, this sake is made with the utmost care, starting from the rice cultivation process at the company.
The taste is melon-like sweetness. It has a richness and fruity flavor that is typical of unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. It is a modern bottle.
I didn't know there was such a sake in Oita, so I guess sake is very deep. Incidentally, this sake is said to be limited to 1,000 bottles. Perhaps it is a seasonal version of the Yuriai brewing series.
I was curious about this sake since Nemuchi-san drank it at the event.
Maru-san drank it first and was looking forward to opening it.
The name "Yuri Shizukuri" comes from the name of the president and chief brewer, Mr. Yuri Inoue.
The lees are submerged, and when mixed, it turns light and cloudy. It has a fresh, melon-like flavor. The acidity is quite strong, and the sweetness fades out with a slight bitterness at the end.
Leading sake stores in the Kansai region have started to handle it one after another.
Hello bouken!
I'm curious to know what it tastes like 😊Takimoto had both bottles and I was confused, so I asked him what they tasted like and he said only the president knows 🤣I ended up not buying it 💦I want to try it again 😊.
Good evening, Pon-chan 😃
Suku Masa-san also had two kinds side by side, so I guess all the stores were showing off their products 🤔.
I think it's the one you like, Pon-chan 🤗
Hi bouken!
You finally drank it 😁.
Your review is accurate and awesome👍thanks for bringing back memories for me too😆.
I really hope to see more in the future!
Good evening, Maru 😃.
No, no, it's not that big of a deal 💦.
I'm always worried about whether this is the right thing to write 😅I'd love to try some of the other drinks here 😄.
Hi Maru!
I've been wanting to try this sake! It's a recent hot stock ✨The brewery and the toji worked incredibly hard to create this sake, and from the review it looks and tastes delicious 😊.
Hi Pon, ☀️
This sake 🍶is also the focus of Sake no Wa legend bouken ✨.
Of course the taste is great, but when you know the background, you suddenly want to support it 😊.
Good evening Maru 😃
I've just finished reviewing Omachi 😊.
I see you are the type who can feel the acidity quite well 😍.
My expectations were higher than when I bought it 😆.
