Tonight is fruit drinking. p
Grapes are Kyoho and Honey Venus. The plums are Kiyo. The apples are Granny Smith.
I think this sake is however classy, well-balanced and delicious.
Preference 70%.
Color Clear and colorless
Aroma: Full of honjozo flavor.
Taste: Slightly acidic on the palate. It goes well with a wide range of dishes, but it is not suitable for drinking alone.
Overall impression: It is a sake that goes well with a wide range of food, so it may be easy to handle for an izakaya. It is not a main sake.
@sakebar Fukuzo
This is the last sake I drank at Fukuzo 🍶.
For those of you who think "how much have you had to drink?
I think so too😅.
The first aroma is sweet with classic acidity.
It has a full-bodied sweet flavor with a hint of acidity on the palate.
It's also a great costumed honjozo that doesn't make you feel like it's been soaked in alcohol 😋.
It was delicious 🍶✨.
Thank you for everything, landlady 🙇🙇🙇.
As the bottle says, it has a "traditional flavor," but in other words, this standard flavor is good.
It has a strong flavor and is crisp and dry.
It's enough.
If you want to relax, we recommend heating the sake to a milder flavor.
Since I came to Fukuoka, I wanted to try a sake that I couldn't drink in Tokyo, so I decided to try Hiyotsuru for the first time.
The first aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity.
In the mouth, there is a slight astringent taste with a strong sweetness that is typical of unfiltered raw sake.
The astringent taste lingers and gradually fades away.
It was quite delicious 🍶✨.
The second one is at the Hiyotsuru brewery.
Of course I went there after drinking it the day before 😅.
There was no sales or tasting, so I just looked at it and that was it.
It looked like some brewers were working on bottling.
Fukuoka!
The first day I was with a business person, so I was shochu all the time.
We will have sake at the last udon bar.
I have never heard of it, but it is a regular sake that you can drink with peace of mind. It is a relief to be combined with oden and udon soup stock.
We ate our way through Bikkuri-tei, ramen, yakitori, and udon. Geez.
I drank it cold. It is an easy-drinking sake with a good mouthfeel and a slight sourness.
It has a nice aftertaste, so you can drink it without getting tired of it.
Izakaya located between Koga and Chidori Stations
drink cold sake
Clear and colorless
Weak classic aroma
Full-bodied and at the same time sharply dry on the palate.
The dryness lasts for a short time.
A mild sweetness remains in the mouth.
It goes well with sashimi, but it is also strong enough to be paired with kimchi, which has a strong flavor.
An excellent food sake that can be easily matched with snacks.
The fish and chicken at this restaurant are delicious, and they pour a generous amount of sake, which makes me very happy!
Also, the sake they have is minor and interesting!
