☀️
I have participated in the Niigata Sake Festival.
Since I'm going to Niigata, I want to enjoy other drinks as well ❗️
So I stayed the night before 💪.
After arriving in Niigata, I had a free day, so I went to the Ponchukan Niigata Station.
A row of sales machines 🤩.
You buy a coin for 500 yen and are lent a cup of sake.
We started with the one that looked like it would improve the economy 🎉.
Set the cup in place, insert the coin and press the button to pour the sake 🚰.
It smells fresh 😚.
You can taste the walnut sweetness and rice flavor 🌾.
It has a creamy texture with no alcohol content and a refreshing taste 😙.
This is a good start for me 😁.
Hi Hiro 😃
You are still working energetically even though you have over 1000 bottles 🤗It is also quintessential that you are prepared liver in advance 👍I guess you will have more new Masamune 😋.
Hi Jay & Nobby😄
I came up with the idea of staying the night before the event because I couldn't find a place to stay and enjoy it, but I'm a Texan who realizes on the day of the event that I run the risk of attending the event with a hangover instead of preparing my liver 🤣.
Hi Hiro 😃
Niigata Sake no Jin😍I've been keeping my fingers crossed for the limited edition sake sold at the Sake no Jin by various breweries, but I see you participated!
I'm so jealous 🤤.
I'm looking forward to seeing how many times Nice Masamune will be there too (already 1 NM with Ayu Masamune!) 😁.
Good evening, Aladdin😄.
Last year I couldn't get a ticket, but this year I was determined to get one and attended 💪.
We are also doing Masamune hunt in Niigata, so stay tuned 😆.
Hello, Hiro-san!
Welcome to Niigata and to the Niigata Sake-no-jin!
Tenjinbayashi is a great start for the first drink of your trip!
I'm glad you had a great time and met some new Masamune brewers 👍.
Good evening, FSB 🌙
Thank you 😊
I had a great time in Niigata, eating good food and going to the sake camp.
Masamune was also a great harvest of hunting and unraveling mysteries 🤗.
I'll post a little more as I go along 😆.
Good mouthfeel, not quite robust, but subtly grapey.
I recommend it to those who have been sake lovers for a while and have drunk a lot of sake.
I finished it before trying it, but it might be good lukewarm.
I think I'll have teriyaki chicken as a snack.
