This sake is limited to two liquor stores, one in Sakai and the other in Kishiwada. Only 12 bottles are in stock, so the next time I come back, there won't be any left, so I was allowed to try a special sample before purchasing. It has a rather gorgeous ginjo aroma. It has a low alcohol content and is sweet with a gentle taste. It is low in alcohol, but you can feel the fullness of the flavor. It has no gaseous feeling, but it is fresh. First Crossed Rising Sun I bought it at a local liquor store. It is a refreshing sake, but you can feel the sweetness of the rice. It is a draft sake, but if you warm it up to about 35℃, it quickly changes to a softer atmosphere. Personally, I think I like it better when it is warmed up. Sake from the Takeshita Brewery, birthplace of former Prime Minister Takeshita. Gorgeous aroma, The fruity flavor is just as the label says. The sweetness is reminiscent of pineapple, The sweetness reminds one of pineapple, and gradually the bitterness appears and disappears. We are invited to the head office to have a good drink after a not-so-fun work day. The head office is far away and uncomfortable, so we are bersassa. The specs are the same. We compared the different yeasts. I didn't know yeast could make such a difference. It is easier to tell the difference than the rice. There are different tastes. I bought it after tasting it at Hankyu Department Store. I've said it many times, but it's called "Takarayama" 😅. I'll say it again and again😅. Yahiko Sake Brewery in Yahiko Village, Niigata Prefecture. The main brand was "Echino Hakusetsu," but it appears that "Yahiko" will be the main brand from now on. This Junmai Ginjo is also made from Yamadanishiki produced in Yahiko Village, and is a good sake, not fruity, but calm and soft. Yahiko Village is where my mother is from, and I spent a lot of time there as a child when I was sent to my mother's home, so it is like a second home to me.
