I bought this sake at Aeon and it had been sitting in the refrigerator for a long time.
I opened the bottle in a hurry because summer was coming to an end.
Well, it's a sake to go with rice.
In its own way, in its own way.
Sake 🍶
One of a set of 30 Niigata sake cups celebrating the 20th anniversary of the ㊗️ Sake no Jin 😆.
Interesting naming juxtaposition of Tokamachi's specialties 😅can't capture it in one photo 😰.
It has a strong but smooth taste. When paired with Sanriku Mekabu Soba, it is soft to the touch and has just the right amount of acidity. The acidity is just right. If I were you, I would pair it with hegisoba 😅.
Buy it by mail order from Sake Kadoya @ Murakami, drink it at home 20240503
This sake is a gift and is made from Niigata's Koshitanrei sake. I am grateful to receive sake.
The label gives the impression of Niigata's "Harairei" dry sake, and the rice is Koshitanrei, so the sake has the flavor of rice, but with a clean, not too sweet taste. The aroma is also moderate, with a hint of melon flavor.
It was served cold, but I think it is also delicious at room temperature or slightly warmed.
I bought this as a souvenir from Niigata. This is the first time I have seen this sake. It is sweet, but it seems to lack a little impact. Maybe it would be different if it were heated up?
A gift from a junior colleague.
The brand name of this sake was a sweet umami-guchi sake, which is not typical of Niigata, but it was said to be one of the most refreshing ones.
The taste is refreshing, but the sake flavor lingers in the aftertaste.
It is a good match for sashimi! I think it was better with fish than too strong flavors.
Good luck to my juniors in Niigata!
Tenjinbayashi of Uonuma Sake Brewery, the Ponshukan's best-selling sake brewery this month!
A bottle of special junmai. The shiny red background with the impressive font of Uonuma Sake Brewery on the sake lid is cool.
A sake for special occasions in Tokamachi, a town of nature, art, and delicious food, including Kiyotsukyo Gorge.
It has a soft, nutty aroma with a hint of alcohol,
The mouthfeel is soft and smooth,
Soft sweetness and astringency,
It has a full-bodied, rich rice flavor,
It has a complex yet refreshingly dry finish.
It can be served cold or warmed,
It is not flashy, but has a calm, deliberate flavor,
It is stable and delicious.
