The most expensive sake in the local bar I went into. This is certainly a good drink. It has an accent, but it's not too strong and seems to go well with everything. It is a strong drink, even if you can read "Yusura" in the name. The sashimi and octopus were as light and tasty as potato chips.

Another bottle I bought at Hasegawa-san in Tokyo station. The first time for Otokoyama-san in Yamagata This is also the original label of Hasegawa-san. The rice used is Miyamanishiki, so it's the same as "Junmai-shu Gold Label". Anyway, it was a delicious sake with a lot of fullness. The sharpness isn't bad either, and it's perfect as a sake for a meal. I thought it was good for everyday drinking. That's about all I can say for a 1-gallon bottle...

After returning home, I wondered what to drink and chose "Karahashi" by Homare Shuzo, which I had never had a chance to drink before! It is a junmai ginjo made from Omachi. The first sip gives the impression of sweetness with no sourness. As you continue drinking, the spiciness comes out and the trinity of sweetness, umami, and spiciness comes together, which is just the right balance and delicious. There are other sake rice varieties in the Karahashi series besides Omachi, so you have to try them 😆.

Karahashi label by Homare Sake Brewery. Unfiltered unpasteurized sake made from sake rice Yume no Kou. Fruity ginjo aroma. [I like it, ferry 😆 ] I've had a couple of sake from Watarifune so far, and they're usually good 😋, with a nice balance of umami and bitterness from the gentle sweetness. I think Naminoe is a rare brand that you don't see much in Tokyo. I bought it for the first time, and I got the impression that it is moderately sweet and refreshing. The aroma in the background is a fresh melon candy type. It is more suitable for simmered dishes than sashimi👍.

Today I am Beian Daikoku Anniversary😇. This sake is a project with Hata Sake Shop and the sake brewery 😀. I saw the brewery's installment and even though I didn't know which brewer's sake it was, I pre-ordered it 🤣. Rafa papa has already written about the detailed taste, so I'll skip it, but anyway, it was a very round sake with no curd at all😇. I guess when you let it sit in the snow slowly, it becomes such a round and beautiful sake😇. It was delicious 😀.

The label also looks dull...^^; What is TSURUYA on the label? It is brewed in Nagano and made with 100% Nagano rice. And it's made with Yamae Nishiki, which was developed in Nagano.
