Last at Asano Sake Shop is Kinshi Morinori, the only sake brewery in Kakogawa, we were told ✨.
The aroma is fruity, apple-like 😊.
Chilli fizziness, a bit of sweetness while the umami is dry. The taste has a nice acidity sharpness and bitterness in the aftertaste. This is delicious✨
It was a well put together and satisfying drink😍.

I learned about it from a review by Sake-no-wa.

I checked the note on my phone.
Bingo! I was surprised to find it suddenly.
It was recommended to drink it on the rocks. I bought ice at Lawson. Everything is ready.
First, I drank it straight.
Oh~~ It's so smooth and thick. It is thick. Sweet. Sweet and sour.
It seems to be similar to Tamagawa and Okura.
And it rocks.

It's so delicious. It is one of the best sake I have had this season. I think the key to its flavor is its slightly sweet and well-balanced taste.
The retro-inspired label and the old-fashioned description are also a favorite of me and the military police who live inside me.
The taste has not changed at all after 3 days. It's brilliant! I can only say.
I don't know when I will be able to find it again,

As the name suggests, it is sweet. Sake by itself is too sweet.
So, when I tried it with soda, which the brewer also recommends, I could feel the acidity behind the moderate sweetness, and it became a completely different drink. This is a new kind of sake highball that can be drunk with gusto.

Morinori's Nama Sake. I think the sake here tastes better on draft than on fire-roasted.
It has a fairly vigorous effervescence and a strong cloudiness.
The aroma is pineapple, sweet aroma of koji and lactic acidity. Refreshing.
There is a slight shwash, mainly sweetness and acidity, but there is also a mineral-like backbone. There is a bitter aftertaste.
The image is a little different. Minerality in the back end? The bitterness is not good.
I thought it was good when I drank it before, but maybe it's the way it's chilled?
