Before having a drink at Tatebayashi Ekimae Shohten, we went to Ryujin Shuzo near the station 🍶.
We made it just in time for closing time😅.
I was surprised at the pink color when I drank it for the first time 2 years ago at a pub, but it is easy to drink and sweet to my liking.
I want to drink it again next year😊.
Stopping by on the way home from the hospital again😅
This time, I got a bottle of Tatebayashi's local sake 🍶.
It seems to be called "Oharaki".
It was very easy to drink and disappeared in an instant😊.
Tatebayashi Ekimae Shouten is located right next to the Tatebayashi Station East Exit ticket gate 🍺🍶.
I was on my way home from the hospital and had to take a train 🚃 for 2.5 hours afterwards, but I still wanted to have a drink 😆.
I was attracted by the unusual name of the recommended menu and ordered Echigo-Takayanagi Sawasagani Crab 🍶.
I was attracted by the unusual name of the recommended menu and ordered Echigo Takayanagi Sawa Gani 🍶 with stewed motsu, leek pork with pepper lemon and fried horse mackerel.
I got on the train, suppressing my desire to drink and eat more 😅.
New Year's sake brewery tour in Fushimi, purchased together with a glass at the sacred sake brewery's direct sales store 🍶.
I arrived in Fushimi before 3pm after leaving snowy Ohara Sanzenin Temple because I had a sudden idea while sightseeing in Kyoto😅.
We rushed to Kinshi Masamune, Tamanomitsu Shuzo, Matsumoto Shuzo, Okinaya, Kitagawa Honke, Kyohime Shuzo, Higashiyama Shuzo, and Kizakura Kappa Country.
Gekkeikan Okura Memorial Museum missed the closing time by 5 minutes, Yamamoto Honke, I was exhausted, but at the end I was able to have a couple of drinks at Fujioka Sake Brewery Ber just in time 😊.
Most of the breweries were closed for New Year's vacations, so we could only take pictures of the outside of the breweries 😅.
It was a hectic 3 hours tour of Fushimi sake breweries ✨.
I ordered "Sanzenzakura" and was embarrassed😅.
It's so refreshing and so easy to drink 🍶.
Add it to your favorites ✨.
With salmon yukke and salted sakura shrimps.
If I remember correctly, I wandered by the restaurant I visited more than 10 years ago.
At the time, I had little interest in sake, but the food and ambiance perfectly matched the sake.
With potato salad and yakitori 🍶.
Forgot to post.
Half day sightseeing in Kyoto on New Year's Day. After visiting Ginkakuji temple and Ohara Sanzenin temple, I decided to go to Fushimi to visit a sake brewery.
I didn't do any research, so when I got there, I found some sake breweries were closed for New Year's 😅.
The last place I arrived at was Fujioka Sake Brewery's Ber "En".
Last but not least, Bon🍶.
By far the most expensive cup of sake I've ever had ✨.
Thanks to my classmate who introduced me 😊.
I enjoyed Fukui!
It was also the first time to drink it in Echizen lacquerware. That alone makes me excited!
It was a cool sake cup, but the lacquer made it hard to take a good picture of the reflection 😢.
There is no doubt that it tastes good, but I don't know how to describe it, I am sure it is not ready for my tastes yet😅.
chika.
The pattern of sake dripping on the inside of the lacquerware was so beautiful ✨.
I never paid attention to it before 😅.
The combination of the delicacy heshiko and sake was too good to be true and disappeared in an instant 😆.
The fourth drink is Tsuneyama🍶 with a hint of oli.
It is also easy to drink.
The tempura and grated soba noodles we had together were very good, but I regret forgetting to take pictures of the food from this point on😅.
The third cup was Denshin🍶 with its distinctive label.
Denshin was the only sake I had ever had from Fukui, but it didn't leave much of an impression on me.
This one made me want to drink it again next year and it was right in the middle of my favorites 😊.
Second glass of Kutouryuu🍶.
It was also easy to drink and I went into the mode of wanting to drink more of this and more of that 😊.
I have always thought that the combination of Soba and Sake is an Edo culture, but I wonder if it has been a common custom in every region for a long time.
Until I got into Sake, there was no Soba restaurant in my choice of places to drink 😅.
When I told my classmate that I've been into Sake recently, he took me to a Soba restaurant.
It was my first experience to drink sake at a soba restaurant✨.
This restaurant serves not only soba but also Fukui's local sake and food, and my first drink was a Kuroryu 🍶.
My image of Fukui's sake has changed😊.
