Ikema Sake Shop Tasting (1)
The last event of the year was a tasting at Legend bouken's favorite liquor store, Icoma.
We hadn't seen each other for a while, so we invited him too 😆.
Not only did the brewers of Drunken Heart come to the tasting and sell their wines, but they also gave us a lot of tasting bottles for sake stores to drink 😋.
Kinshi-Morinori Josen Unfiltered Nama-shu
The sake has an alcohol content of 20 %. It has a mellow, sweet and delicious taste, with a strong alcohol taste. The best sake at a reasonable price.
◉Kamikichi Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-genshu
Another limited edition from Kinshi-Morinori. It has a slightly nutty, slightly acidic and alcoholic taste.
I'm thankful that I don't get a chance to drink Morinori very often.
