Ingredients: Rice, rice malt, brewing alcohol
Rice: Gohyakumangoku produced in Tochigi prefecture
Rice polishing ratio: 65
Sake meter: +2
Alcohol percentage: 19
Acidity: 1.7
Delicious sake that goes down well for its alcohol content.
But the price is ⬆️💦.
I went to Nikko 🙈💭 in a Spacia X.
This is the local sake we got in the car on the way back 🍶.
The alcohol content is high because it is a pure sake,
It was a very dry Honjozo sake!
National Sake Fair 2025 Day 2 part65
Tochigi Ai🥰④
Katayama Sake Brewery in Nikko City
There is also a Katayama Sake Brewery of the same name in Fukui that brews Kansai!
Kashiwazakari, not Kashiwamori
Polishing ratio 65%, Gohyakumangoku from Tochigi, 19 degrees, Sake degree +2, 1950 yen
The price is very aggressive for a honjozo!
A classic sake with a lot of attitude.
The name seems to be "Harazake M" but I don't know what "M" means...
The brewer of Wakakoma Sake Brewery gave me a bottle of sake around this time!
Hello bouken!
I couldn't help but say "Oh! I was so surprised to hear that the name of the brewer is sometimes used 😲.
But still, how much did you drink in 2 days 🤣?
Good evening, Mr. Gyve.
There were several cases with the same company name at this National Sake Fair 🤔.
I didn't drink that much because I use a spitter 😅.
I wish they would make the vomit machine mandatory for alcohol events 🤣.
#Sake brewery sweets
A beautiful white fluffy cake with plenty of original sake Kashiwamori. It is quite sweet and would go well with ginjo sake.
It would be delicious with sakekasu sauce, amazake sauce, or fruit!
Purchased at the beginning of June, it looks like it will last until the end of July.
It would make a great souvenir for sake lovers & those with a sweet tooth. Note that it is not individually wrapped and must be cut.
This is Kashiwamori, an original sake from Katayama Shuzo, which I bought on a trip to Nikko. Slightly dry. It has the rich taste and aroma of original sake.
I also recommend the "Sake Long Cake" filled with this sake 😀 I have had many different sake cakes, but this one, by all means, should be paired with sake. You will not regret buying it.
Alcoholic Brewer's Wine
It is surprisingly easy to drink with a moderate amount of acidity.
It has a strong umami taste like a pure sake, and you will get drunk after drinking a single sake.
This is the sake we drank tonight.
I am not a big fan of sake that has a heavy taste, but this sake is from a brewery that specializes in sake. It has plenty of sweetness and umami. It is smooth without any spikes, and this is delicious.
Tsumami is always nabe.
I love spinach❤
