Purchased at Maruto Otsuka, a liquor store in front of Nakagome Station. The first generation of the family served an apprenticeship at Kurosawa Shuzo, and the name of the brewery, Maruto, is said to have been given to them. It is a local specialty.
Picture 3 is Izutsucho's Iekei Ramen with Sake Lees. The aroma of the pork bone and sake is combined, and I think it tastes better than last year. This year, too, the event is a collaboration between a sake brewery and a ramen shop in Saku. This year, a confectionary shop also participated. I am going to Saku again every day.
