Today we are going out for a drink. This izakaya is a rare izakaya where you can eat a lot of vegetables 😁The sashimi is also reasonably priced with sea bream and swordfish. They sell vegetables, so they have a large selection of vegetable-based soft drinks. This month, I'm going to focus on Nara's local sake since I've been drinking from other prefectures for a while now 😬. The first one is Junmai Ginjo from Mitsumorosugi. This is the first time I've tried the kanji version of Mimuro, but it's calmer than the hiragana version, not too sweet and not too spicy. It lacks impact, but it's well balanced and easy to drink, making it an excellent food sake 😚 I enjoyed it with a side of sardine oil sardine🙏.

This Sake has a full mouth feel and some sweetness at the beginning. The flavor of this Sake is bigger than other Seitoku Sake but it still has good balance. Very good with big flavor foods like mapo tofu.

This Sake has an initial sweetness and a full mouth feel. There is a hint of cedar as the alcohol clears my pallet. Very good with big flavor foods like yakiniku. Seitoku has many Sake that I enjoy.

This Sake is light, refreshing and easy to drink. I am revisiting this Sake because it has been a while since I last drank it. I enjoy the mild flavors of apple and melon with a clean, short aftertaste. This is a refreshing and well balanced Sake.
